The veteran third baseman is at a .252/.306/.376 slash line with 28 RBI, 23 runs scored, 10 doubles and no stolen bases through 58 contests in 2024, numbers far too similar to the down year he posted in the abbreviated 2020 campaign.       Advice: After opening the scoring with an RBI groundout in the first inning, Diaz put the Rockies ahead 5-4 with a solo shot off Nick Martinez before adding a third RBI with a base hit in the seventh. It's the third multi-hit effort in four games for Diaz -- he's gone 7-for-16 in that span.       Nick Castellanos swatted a two-run homer on Wednesday, lifting the Phillies to a 2-0 victory over the Brewers.

      Advice: Castellanos connected for a 402-foot blast off Brewers southpaw Aaron Ashby in the fifth inning for his eighth big fly of the season. It wound up being the lone tally for either side in a rare low-scoring showdown at Citizens Bank Park and was more than enough run support for Aaron Nola and the Phillies’ bullpen in this one.
