      Advice: The right-hander landed on the injured list with a flexor strain last week, and news of a second opinion isn't an encouraging development. It could be earlier than that. Houck entered Monday's start on a four-game losing streak over his previous five starts. However, he registered an impressive 2.87 ERA during that span.
