    Advice: Moore had sat out the previous two games while on leave, and he went down on strikes three times against masterful White Sox starter Garrett Crochet before also logging one final punchout when facing reliever Michael Kopech.     Locklear went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in an extra-inning loss to the White Sox on Thursday.

    Advice: Garrett Crochet dominated Seattle with 13 punchouts over seven frames, and Locklear accounted for the only run against the hurler with a solo blast in the fifth inning. The long ball was Locklear's first as a major-leaguer and just his second extra-base hit of any type. Locklear has started four of five games since being called up June 9 and has hit .250 (4-for-16) with two runs and two RBI. He's struggled to make contact with a 35.3 percent strikeout rate thus far, and he could head back to the minors when Ty France (heel) is cleared to return, which could happen early next week. The infielder is capable of slashing the baseball around, but he just doesn’t do enough in other categories — and it’s not like he’s close the league-leaders in average — to justify a fantasy spot.     Jake Burger went 1-for-3 with a walk and a home run against the Mets on Thursday.

    Advice: Burger’s home run was just his sixth of the season in 47 games after homering 34 times in 141 games last year. His .128 ISO isn’t even half of the .268 ISO he had last year.     Yandy Diaz went 2-for-4 with an RBI against the Cubs on Thursday.



    Advice: Diaz’ RBI single was the difference in the 3-2 Rays win. The defending batting champion in the American League is heating up at the plate. He’s now 17-for-50 (.340) in his last 12 games to get his average up to .260 on the season.

    Advice: Biggio is getting his second start at third base for the Dodgers after going 1-for-3 in his debut for the team Wednesday. Thursday's start comes against righty Michael Lorenzen on the mound for the Rangers. With Max Muncy remaining on the injured list and Enrique Hernandez sitting versus a righty, it appears Biggio will be the primary option at third versus right-handers.
