Advice: It’s the second straight week that Jax has secured a save on Sunday. Jhoan Duran threw 19 pitches in a blown save against the A’s on Friday night, but neither of the two hurlers worked during Saturday’s game, so it was a bit surprising to see Jax and not Duran to close this one out. Other than posting elite ratios and nabbing the occasional save though, it’s hard to count on Jax for much more from a fantasy perspective while Duran is still the primary option in the ninth inning. Advice: Crochet racked up a hearty 19 whiffs and eight punchouts, but it wasn't enough to keep him out of the loss column in a contest during which he was supported with just one run. The fact that the three earned runs were the most the left-hander has allowed since April 24 speaks volumes about the quality of his campaign thus far. Crochet has tallied six consecutive quality starts and is tied for 10th in the majors with 10 total on the campaign.
