    • Swipes two bags
Happ went 1-for-3 with a double, three RBI, two walks and two stolen bases in Sunday's 4-2 win over Cincinnati.

Advice: Happ slugged a bases-clearing double in the first inning and stole multiple bases for the first time this season. The switch-hitting Happ has now collected three steals over his past five games, upping his season total to five. If Happ can continue his recent success on the basepaths, his fantasy value will receive a tremendous boost. On the season, the 29-year-old is batting .222 with six home runs, 30 RBI, 31 runs scored and five stolen bases across 258 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Today, 4:51 pm

    • Daulton Varsho scores twice as Jays defeat A’s
Daulton Varsho singled, was hit by a pitch, stole a base and scored a pair of runs on Sunday as the Blue Jays rallied to defeat the Athletics in extra innings.

Advice: Varsho led off the eighth inning with a single, was sacrificed to second base, swiped third and then scored the game’s tying run on a sacrifice fly off the bat of Davis Schneider. He was then hit by a pitch to load the bases in the 10th inning and raced home on Isiah Kiner-Falefa’s bases-clearing double. For the season, the dynamic 27-year-old outfielder is slashing .217/.306/.453 with 10 homers, 31 RBI and seven stolen bases. Rotoworld Today, 3:46 pm

    • Brent Rooker goes deep in loss to Blue Jays
Brent Rooker blasted his 13th home run of the season on Sunday afternoon, but it wasn’t enough to lead the Athletics past the Blue Jays.

Advice: Rooker got the A’s on the board with his 436-foot (110.0 mph EV) solo shot on the first pitch that he saw from Nate Pearson in the sixth inning. That would be his only hit in five at-bats on the day. For the season, the 29-year-old slugger is slashing a respectable .270/.356/.541 to go with his 13 long balls and 40 RBI. • Ian Happ knocks in three, steals two bases in win
Ian Happ delivered a three-run double, walked twice and stole two bases Sunday as the Cubs topped the Reds 4-2.

Advice: It’s Happ’s 10th multi-RBI game of the year, which is kind of interesting because he has only 30 RBI total. Just four times in 61 games this year has he driven in a lone run. The two steals pushed his season total to five. It’s the third time in his career that he’s swiped two bases in a game. Rotoworld Today, 2:08 pm

    • Reaches twice in shutout loss
Rooker went 1-for-3 with a walk in a loss to the Blue Jays on Saturday.

Advice: The Athletics managed only five hits -- all singles -- against a masterful Kevin Gausman in the shutout loss, so Rooker had what could be termed a relatively successful night in that context. The 29-year-old has been one of the Athletics' more consistent bats over the first two months-plus of the season yet is off to an uneven start to June -- he's recorded a double, triple, home run and four RBI, but he's also hitting just .217 overall (5-for-23) while striking out at a 33.3 percent clip. • Ozuna smacks two doubles in loss Friday
Marcell Ozuna went 2-for-4 with a run scored and two doubles against the Nationals on Friday.

Advice: On a night when the Braves offense had only four hits against Nationals starter Jake Irvin, Ozuna managed to double off Irvin twice. Ozuna is up to .316 on the season and could be in competition with Shohei Ohtani for the triple crown in the National League if he keeps this up. Rotoworld Friday, 7:16 pm

    • Resting versus lefty
Varsho isn't in the Blue Jays' lineup Friday against the Athletics.

Advice: Left-hander Hogan Harris will start on the bump for Oakland, so the lefty-hitting Varsho will watch the beginning of Friday's game from the dugout. Davis Schneider will handle left field, while Isiah Kiner-Falefa gets the start at second base and Ernie Clement fills in at the hot corner. Rotowire.com Friday, 3:58 pm

    • Blasts 18th homer
Ozuna went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run and an additional run in a 5-2 win against Washington on Thursday.

Advice: Ozuna gave Atlanta some breathing room with his two-run, eighth-inning blast that extended his team's lead from one run to three. It was the slugger's 18th long ball of the campaign, moving him into fourth place in the majors. Ozuna also ranks second with 55 RBI while slashing an excellent .312/.389/.611 through 252 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Thursday, 10:29 pm

    • Corbin Carroll records three hits in Arizona’s win
Corbin Carroll went 3-for-5 with a double, a steal and two runs scored as the Diamondbacks edged the Padres 4-3 on Thursday.

Advice: It’s just Carroll’s second three-hit game of the year. All three of Carroll’s hits were legit, leaving his bat on a line at 108, 106 and 99 mph. It’s definitely his most encouraging game in weeks and maybe of the entire season. At .201, he finished the game over the Mendoza Line for the first time since May 12. Rotoworld Thursday, 10:11 pm
