      Brewers activated OF Garrett Mitchell (finger) from the 60-day IL.

      Advice: Mitchell was set to be the Brewers’ starting center fielder before fracturing a finger in spring training. In 12 games at Triple-A during his rehab stint, he hit .318 with four home runs and four steals.       Advice: Moniak was hitless with nine strikeouts over 13 at-bats across his previous four games coming into Sunday but got back on track with a pair of singles. The outfielder also recorded his fifth stolen base of the season and his first since June 9.       Advice: The Angels were down 7-1 heading into the ninth frame before mounting a rally that fell just short. The long ball snapped a 15-game homerless drought for the outfielder, and he had struggled mightily during that stretch, slashing .111/.180/.156.
