    • Kenley Jansen nails down 17th save
Kenley Jansen kept the Yankees off the board in the 10th inning to secure the save on Friday night.

Advice: Jansen was tasked with facing Juan Soto and Aaron Judge up two runs in the 10th inning and didn’t allow anyone to score. He slammed the door in what was a dramatic win for his Red Sox. Jansen hasn’t allowed an earned run since June 12th and hasn’t blown a save since April 16th. Take that, father time. Rotoworld Today, 8:07 pm
    • Jeff Hoffman secures eighth save
Jeff Hoffman pitched a clean ninth inning on Friday against the Braves to earn the save. He also struck out a batter.

Advice: Hoffman could be inching his way ahead of José Alvarado in the Phillies’ bullpen pecking order. Alvarado got the eighth inning in this one with a five-run lead. That came against the top of the Braves’ lineup and Marcell Ozuna wound up taking him deep to cut the lead to two. Hoffman closed it out in the ninth inning and now has three saves in his last three appearances. Rotoworld Today, 7:49 pm
    • Jason Foley miraculously escapes with save Friday
Jason Foley surrendered a pair of runs in the ninth inning on Friday night, but managed to miraculously escape with a one-run lead intact against the Reds to earn his 14th save of the season.

Advice: Foley came on with a three-run lead to protect in the ninth inning, but immediately made things interesting by allowing an infield single to Elly De La Cruz — who then stole second and took third on a balk. Spencer Steer smacked a one-out RBI single to make it a bit closer and Nick Martini followed with an RBI triple that put the tying run at third base with only one out. Tyler Stephenson then hit a ground ball to third, where Blake Dunn was cut down at the plate attempting to score. Foley then allowed a single to Noelvi Marte before finally getting Santiago Espinal to ground out to first to end it. Foley now sports a 3.26 ERA, 1.29 WHIP and a 24/9 K/BB ratio over 30 1/3 innings on the season to go with 14 saves and a pair of victories. Rotoworld Today, 7:46 pm
    • Reese Olson racks up eight strikeouts in victory
Reese Olson delivered a dominant performance in Friday night’s victory over the Reds, allowing two runs (one earned) on three hits over his 5 2/3 innings of work.

Advice: The right-hander piled up eight strikeouts on the night while issuing a pair of free passes. He served up a long solo homer to Spencer Steer in the fifth inning, then the Reds scratched out an unearned run while chasing Olson in the sixth inning. The 24-year-old right-hander generated 16 swings and misses on 88 pitches on the night — nine on his changeup — while posting a strong CSW of 34 percent. Now 3-8 on the season, Olson will carry a 3.22 ERA, 1.18 WHIP and an 89/28 K/BB ratio (95 innings) into his final start of the first half on Wednesday against the Guardians. Rotoworld Today, 7:42 pm
    • Secures eighth save
Hoffman struck out one batter in a scoreless ninth inning Friday and earned a save over Atlanta.

Advice: Hoffman threw nine of 14 pitches for strikes to close out the 8-6 win. He's picked up a save in three straight appearances and has converted six straight chances dating back to May 17. Hoffman now owns a stellar 1.21 ERA with a 47:8 K:BB through 37.1 frames. Jose Alvarado took the mound in the eighth inning of what appeared to be a blowout win but gave up a three-run homer to Marcell Ozuna. Rotowire.com Today, 7:40 pm
    • Stays red hot
Sosa went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and an RBI single during Thursday's 8-4 loss to Cleveland.

Advice: Sosa logged multiple hits for a fifth straight outing, saving the streak with a solo homer in the ninth inning off Nick Sandlin. The 24-year-old Sosa had gone yard only twice in his first 38 games, but he has matched that number during the hit streak. Sosa is slashing .252/.287/.392 over 151 plate appearances this season. • Smacks two-run homer
DeJong went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run during Thursday's 8-4 loss to the Guardians.

Advice: DeJong took Ben Lively yard in the sixth inning, bringing Gavin Sheets around to score. DeJong is up to 16 home runs on the year and owns a .219 ISO, his best tally since 2017. The veteran shortstop is 9-for-35 (.257) with a pair of homers, six RBI and five runs scored over his last nine games. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:12 pm

    • Trio of hits, homer
Kwan went 3-for-4 with a solo home run and an RBI walk during Thursday's 8-4 win over the White Sox.

Advice: Kwan reached base four times Thursday and tagged Jared Shuster for a homer in the second inning. The outing was Kwan's first three-hit game since June 16 and his 12th of the season. MLB's leader in batting average, Kwan is slashing .367/.424/.538 with 50 runs across 265 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:12 pm

    • Goes yard in win
Chapman went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and an RBI double in Thursday's 4-2 win over Atlanta.

Advice: Chapman is 14-for-38 (.368) with four homers and 12 RBI over his last 10 contests. The third baseman put the Giants ahead with his fourth-inning solo shot and then added the RBI double for an insurance run in the sixth. Chapman's recent surge has him at a .245/.325/.426 slash line with 12 homers, 42 RBI, 56 runs scored, 23 doubles and seven stolen bases through 85 contests this season. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:13 pm
