  • Mookie Betts leaves game after hit by pitch Sunday
Mookie Betts was removed from Sunday’s battle against the Royals after being hit in the left hand/wrist area by a 98 mph fastball.

Advice: The 31-year-old superstar was in obvious pain afterwards and the Dodgers immediately made the call to replace him with pinch-runner Miguel Rojas. He’ll head for X-rays to see if there’s any structural damage. All fantasy managers can do now is wait and hope for the best. The Dodgers should have an update on his status shortly. • Scores twice, swipes bag
Bader went 2-for-4 with a double, an RBI, two runs and a stolen base in Sunday's 11-6 win over the Padres.

Advice: Bader impacted this game in numerous ways as he scored both times he reached, he drove in a run and managed to pick up his ninth steal this season. The centerfielder has been hot of late, picking up 10 of his 26 RBI over his last 10 games. Bader snapped a streak of 18 games without a steal and will carry a .272/.319/.385 slash line into a series vs the Rangers beginning on Monday. Rotowire.com 17 minutes ago
  • William Contreras being evaluated for concussion
Brewers’ manager Pat Murphy said after Sunday’s victory over the Reds that William Contreras is being evaluated for a possible concussion.

Advice: Contreras took a glancing blow off of his head or neck on the final play of the game as Blake Perkins nailed the potential tying run at the plate to end the ballgame. The 26-year-old backstop remained on the ground for a few minutes afterwards, but ultimately was able to get up under his own power and was able to celebrate with his teammates. It doesn’t sound like anything serious, but fantasy managers may want to have an alternative option on hand for next week just to be on the safe side. Rotoworld 25 minutes ago
  • Homers, drives in five
Alonso went 2-for-5 with a home run and five RBI in Sunday's 11-6 win over the Padres.

Advice: With two men on in the first inning, Alonso took Dylan Cease deep for this 15th homer this season. He later added a two-run single as part of a four-run eighth to give him a season-high five RBI for the game. This one had to feel good for Alonso, as he broke out of a small slump where he only had five hits and one RBI over his last eight games. The 29-year-old's 15 home runs are tied for fifth most in the National League, he'll carry a .232/.310/.461 slash line into their next series vs the Rangers. Rotowire.com 30 minutes ago
  • De La Cruz homers, steals base in loss Sunday
Elly De La Cruz went 2-for-3 with two walks, three runs scored, a solo home run, a triple and a stolen base against the Brewers on Sunday.

Advice: De La Cruz filled up the box score on Sunday. The home run was his 12th of the season and the stolen base was his 36th. He’s hitting .235, but he’s been the most explosive player in fantasy this year. Rotoworld 41 minutes ago
  • Blasts leadoff homer
Lindor went 1-for-3 with a home run, two RBI and two runs in Sunday's 11-6 win over the Padres.

Advice: In the third pitch he saw, Lindor took Dylan Cease deep for his first leadoff homer since 2019. It was his 12th home run this season and the third in his last nine games. Lindor has been on a steady climb for about a month now with an average of .303 over his last 25 games. After his slow start, the shortstop is now carrying a .231/.305/.420 slash line with 12 homers, 34 RBI and 11 steals for the season. Rotowire.com 43 minutes ago
  • Being evaluated for concussion
Contreras is being evaluated for a concussion following Sunday's 5-4 win over the Reds, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Contreras took a shot to the head when he collided with Stuart Fairchild at home plate, applying the tag for the final out of the contest. The catcher was slow to get up and he'll now undergo some additional testing to determine the severity of the injury. The Brewers will start a three-game series on the road against the Angels on Monday and if he is forced to miss any action, Gary Sanchez would likely take over behind the plate. • Adames slugs three-run home run in win Sunday
Willy Adames went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run against the Reds on Sunday.

Advice: Adames’ home run was his 12th of the season. The three-run shot gave Milwaukee a 4-3 lead in the sixth inning. Adames is only hitting .244 this season, but has 51 RBI hitting fourth for the Brewers. Rotoworld 48 minutes ago
  • Turang steals two bases in win Sunday
Brice Turang went 1-for-3 with a walk, a run scored and two stolen bases against the Reds on Sunday.

Advice: Turang now has 26 steals on the season. He’s been great for the Brewers at the top of the batting order with a .287 average and .748 OPS this year. The speed has been a game-changer for fantasy managers. Rotoworld 50 minutes ago
