• Strikes out seven in no-decision
Alexander did not factor into the decision Friday against the White Sox, allowing two runs on four hits and one walk over four innings. He struck out seven.

Advice: Alexander looked especially sharp Monday night against a weak White Sox team, striking out a season-high seven batters while generating 13 whiffs. The Rays left-hander has pitched to the tune of a 4.96 ERA, 1.38 WHIP and 30:10 K:BB over 32.2 innings this season. However, his time in the starting rotation is likely over as Taj Bradley (pectoral) appears on track to return from the injured list this week. Rotowire.com 49 minutes ago

  • Collects four hits
Ramirez went 4-for-4 with a double, three runs scored and one RBI in Monday's win over the White Sox.

Advice: Ramirez garnered a start against the right-handed Mike Clevinger and made the most of it, tallying his first four-hit game of the season. The 29-year-old pushed his batting average to .286 (34-for-123) with the effort. However, starts against right-handed pitching may be become rarer for Ramirez as Josh Lowe (hamstring) returned from the injured list Monday to enter the mix for Rays outfield and designated hitter at-bats. • Smacks first Rays homer
DeLuca went 2-for-4 with a home run and four RBI in Monday's win over the White Sox.

Advice: DeLuca opened the game's scoring with a two-RBI single off Mike Clevinger in the second inning. However, the outfielder's evening wasn't over as he launched a 401-foot, two-run homer later in the game for his first as a Ray. DeLuca has enjoyed a hot start to his time in Tampa Bay, hitting .333 (5-for-15) with 10 RBI in 16 plate appearances since being activated from the injured list May 3. • Tyler Alexander punches out seven in win vs. CWS
Tyler Alexander allowed two earned runs and struck out seven batters in four innings of work against the White Sox on Monday.

Advice: Alexander set a season-high in strikeouts on Monday and has looked good over his past five starts following a rough start to the season. The only runs off Alexander came from a two-run home run from Tommy Pham. Other than that, the 29-year-old was in control and now holds a 4.96 ERA, 1.38 WHIP with a 30/10 K/BB ratio across 32 2/3 innings. Fantasy managers that have Alexander should be satisfied with this result as he gets ready to take on the Yankees this weekend. Rotoworld Today, 7:22 pm

  • Mike Clevinger allows four runs in two innings against Rays
Mike Clevinger allowed six hits, three earned runs with zero strikeouts in two innings against the Rays on Monday.

Advice: It was a brutal debut for Clevinger who couldn’t make it past the second inning. Most of the damage came in the second frame when Clevinger allowed two singles, a double and a walk that resulted in three Tampa Bay runs. There’s a chance he’s brought back down to the minors after tonight’s start and shouldn’t be on fantasy managers radars this season. Rotoworld Today, 7:21 pm
  • Jonny DeLuca drives in four in win against CWS
Jonny DeLuca went 2-for-4 with a home run and four RBI in an 8-2 win against the White Sox on Monday.

Advice: DeLuca now has back-to-back games with two hits and has recorded all 10 of his RBI in his first four games of the season. Pretty impressive. The 25-year-old outfielder is now hitting .333/.375/.667 in his 15 at-bats. If he’s available, fantasy managers may want to consider stashing him in deeper formats. Rotoworld Today, 7:21 pm

  • Converts second save
Stratton allowed two walks in a scoreless inning and earned a save over the Brewers on Monday.

Advice: Stratton forced a double play after the first walk, so he didn't face a very threatening push from Milwaukee. It was his second save of the year and first since April 6. He blew his last opportunity when he was slammed for five runs against Detroit on April 27. Stratton is sporting a 5.40 ERA with a shaky 12:12 K:BB through 15 frames. Rotowire.com Today, 7:21 pm
  • No win in scoreless outing
Wilson allowed a hit and three walks over six shutout frames in a no-decision Monday. He struck out six while the Brewers lost to Kansas City.

Advice: Wilson was in line for a win before the Royals plated three runs in the seventh inning right after he left the contest. The lone hit he gave up was a single and Kansas City never posed much of a threat during his outing. He also generated a season-high 11 whiffs. Wilson dropped his ERA to 2.40 with a 27:10 K:BB through 30 innings. As things stand, he currently projects for a home matchup with St. Louis this weekend. Rotowire.com Today, 7:08 pm

  • Punches out five in loss
Anderson (2-4) took the loss Monday, allowing four runs on six hits and three walks over 6.1 innings against Pittsburgh. He struck out five.

Advice: Anderson allowed all four runs Monday night on one swing -- a 424-foot grand slam by Edward Olivares in the third inning. Although the Angels southpaw sports a 2.74 ERA in 42.2 innings, tougher times may lie ahead, as he has been aided greatly by a .205 BABIP. Anderson is slated to make his next start against the Royals at home. Rotowire.com Today, 7:08 pm
