      Tucker went 2-for-4 with two homers, a walk and three runs scored in Tuesday's 6-5 win over the Angels.

      Advice: Tucker homered in his first at-bat that went 340 feet and would've only been a home run in Houston. He later provided no-doubter in the seventh to knot things up at five that would wind up sending the game to extra innings. Tuesday was his fourth multi-homer game of the season and he's now back to leading the league with 17 while his 1.074 OPS only trails Shohei Ohtani.     • Kyle Tucker homers twice to lead Astros
      Kyle Tucker hit his 16th and 17th homers before scoring the winning run in the 10th as the Astros bested the Angels 6-5 on Tuesday.

      Advice: Tucker’s homers couldn’t have been much different. The first was a 340-foot shot to the opposite field that would have a homer in Houston and nowhere else, according to Statcast. The second was a no-doubter that was pulled 407 feet to right. Tucker now leads the majors in homers by one over Gunnar Henderson. His 1.074 OPS puts him behind only Shohei Ohtani.       Hoerner went 1-for-5 with one RBI in Tuesday's 4-3 extra-inning win over Atlanta.

      Advice: Hoerner had a relatively unimpressive return after missing over a week with a hamstring issue, but he made up for it with a one-out, walk-off single in the 10th inning. The infielder is slashing .267/.357/.385 with two home runs, 13 RBI, 25 runs scored and five stolen bases over 185 plate appearances.       Kikuchi (2-4) took the loss Tuesday against the White Sox, allowing three runs (two earned) on five hits and three walks across six innings. He struck out six.

      Advice: Tuesday's performance marked Kikuchi's third quality start in his last four appearances. However, he owns a 0-2 record during that stretch as the Blue Jays have struggled offensively. The 33-year-old walked multiple batters for the first time since April 10 and was charged with two earned runs or fewer for the eighth time in 10 outings. On the year, Kikuchi owns a 2.64 ERA -- which would be a career-best tally -- with 61 strikeouts across 58.0 innings. He's tentatively scheduled to face the Tigers on Sunday.       Yusei Kikuchi allowed two earned runs over six innings in the Blue Jays’ loss to the White Sox.

      Advice: Kikuchi was fine for much of the evening but gave up a two-RBI single to Corey Julks in the fifth inning, which looked like a devastating blow to a Blue Jays offense that managed just two hits on the night. Kikuchi’s record sits at 2-3 on the year despite a solid 2.64 ERA. The Jays entered the day as one of the worst run-scoring offenses in the league, making wins hard to come by for Kikuchi, who has yet to earn a win in May despite allowing just six earned runs over 24 1/3 innings on the month.       Sean Murphy (oblique) homered on Tuesday in a minor league rehab game for Triple-A Gwinnett.

      Advice: Murphy caught seven innings behind the plate and also threw out a runner attempting to steal second base in this one. The 29-year-old backstop looked ready to return to the majors in this one, but he’ll presumably get at least a couple more contests under his belt before heading back to Atlanta.       Willson Contreras (fractured forearm) has already had his cast removed.

      Advice: The exact date is uncertain, but Contreras has been cast-less since at least last Friday, May 17. It may have been as early as May 11. “I’m really happy with how the process is going and how well I’m recovering,” Contreras said late last week. “The way I feel, I could say, it’s not going to be (until) the All-Star break. It could be earlier than that. I’m not going to say something that is going to get above the doctors’ opinion, but if you’re asking me how I’m feeling, I’m feeling great.” The Cardinals have yet to comment on Contreras potentially beating his All-Star week return projection, but it is now definitely within the realm of possibility.       Advice: It’s an extremely encouraging development for fantasy managers as Hoerner is back at second base and batting sixth on Tuesday night at Wrigley Field following a six-game absence due to left hamstring tightness.
