    • Productive as leadoff hitter
Pham went 3-for-7 with a walk, a run scored and an RBI across both games of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Nationals.

Advice: Pham has served as the White Sox's leadoff hitter for seven straight games, and he's hit .346 with two runs scored, four RBI and a stolen base in that span. He's lacked power -- he has five extra-base hits across 70 plate appearances -- but has otherwise contributed a well-rounded fantasy line since joining Chicago on April 26. • Hammered by Atlanta
Taillon (3-1) took the loss Tuesday, surrendering seven runs (two earned) on seven hits and three walks over four innings as the Cubs fell 7-0 to Atlanta. He struck out two.

Advice: The right-hander's own fielding error in the fourth inning softened the blow to his ERA, but Taillon's final line was by no means undeserved as he served up homers to Michael Harris and Matt Olson in his last frame. It's the first time in five starts Taillon has been taken deep multiple times, and he'll take a 1.61 ERA, 1.11 WHIP and 18:8 K:BB through 28 innings into his next outing, which is scheduled to come at home this weekend against the Pirates. • Taillon doomed by poor 4th inning in loss to ATL
Jameson Taillon allowed seven runs (two earned) on seven hits in four innings in a loss to the Braves on Tuesday.

Advice: Taillon allowed just one run on four hits in the first three innings, with three of those hits coming in the first. He started off the fourth inning by allowing a home run to Michal Harris II but then Taillon committed a fielding error and would later throw a wild pitch, both of which extended the inning and caused the right-hander to throw more pitches, allow more hits, and more unearned runs. It was a sloppy inning that overshadowed Taillon’s impressive 28 percent whiff rate with 12 whiffs coming on 43 swings. His sweeper and cutter were particularly strong on the day, but he struggled with his command and the Braves made him pay. Taillon will carry a 1.61 ERA into a start against the Pirates this weekend and is a strong streaming candidate for that game. Rotoworld Yesterday, 6:43 pm

    • Beginning mound work Wednesday
Phillips (hamstring) will throw a bullpen session Wednesday, Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reports.

Advice: Phillips has been on the injured list with a strained right hamstring since May 5, and he resumed playing catch Friday. He will presumably throw multiple bullpen sessions before progressing to facing live hitters, though he shouldn't take long to build back up as a reliever. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 5:23 pm

    • Evan Phillips to throw bullpen session Wednesday
Evan Phillips (hamstring) is slated to throw a bullpen session on Wednesday.

Advice: It’s the first time throwing off a mound for Phillips since hitting the injured list back in early May with a Grade 1 right hamstring strain. The hope is that the 29-year-old elite stopper won’t need a rehab assignment before returning to Los Angeles’ bullpen. Rotoworld Yesterday, 5:08 pm

    • Sitting Tuesday
Neto isn't in the Angels' lineup Tuesday against the Cardinals, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.

Advice: Neto will get a rare day off after going 1-for-3 with a walk and a run scored during Monday's series opener. Luis Guillorme will fill in at shortstop while Kyren Paris mans the keystone. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 2:32 pm

    • Collects sixth save
Munoz earned a save against the Royals on Monday, striking out three batters in 1.1 perfect innings.

Advice: Munoz was summoned from the bullpen in the top of the eighth inning with two outs, Seattle up by two runs and the tying run at the plate. He struck out Nelson Velazquez to end the threat, then got some stress reduction when the Mariners' offense put up two runs in the bottom of the frame. From there, Munoz closed things out without incident, fanning two of the three batters he squared off against in the ninth frame. The save was his sixth of the season and first since April 30, though no other Seattle pitcher recorded a save in the meantime. Munoz has looked great since his lone blown save of the campaign April 21, tossing 9.1 scoreless frames during which he's posted a 10:1 K:BB across eight appearances. Rotowire.com Monday, 11:24 pm
    • Andrés Muñoz strikes out three in four-out save
Andrés Muñoz struck out three while going 1 1/3 scoreless innings Monday to get a save against the Royals.

Advice: The Mariners won this game by four runs, but because the right-hander came in with the score 4-2, he still gets credit for the save. That’s the sixth of the season for the 25-year-old, and he’s lowered his ERA to an aesthetically pleasing 1.62 in the process. Muñoz has been one of the best relievers in baseball for the first quarter of the season, and it should continue through the summer months. Rotoworld Monday, 9:17 pm
    • Blasts 10th homer
O'Neill went 1-for-3 with a three-run home run and a walk during Monday's loss to the Rays.

Advice: O'Neill's first-inning three-run blast provided all the scoring for the Red Sox on Monday. It was the first homer since April 27 for the slumping O'Neill, who hit .333 with nine homers over his first 19 games, but had gone just 7-for-44 (.159) with six walks and 22 strikeouts over the most recent 12 game homer-less stretch prior to Monday.
