The 23-year-old upper-echelon fantasy contributor, who hits the shelf with a .653 OPS with five homers and eight steals across 278 plate appearances through 67 contests, suffered the injury during the opening frame of Friday’s contest against the Rays while running the bases.       Shane Baz struck out eight and allowed one run over six innings on Friday for Triple-A Durham.

      Advice: It’s time. Baz followed up last weekend’s 10-strikeout gem with another dazzling performance, allowing just four hits and one walk over six masterful frames. The 24-year-old top pitching prospect has completed his rehabilitation process from Tommy John surgery and appears poised to return to the majors at some point this month. He averaged 96.5 mph on his four-seam fastball in this one, while generating 14 swinging strikes and finishing with an astronomical 45 percent CSW. His ability to consistently generate whiffs on his fastball/slider combo will drive his fantasy appeal moving forward. Simply put, he should be rostered in all fantasy formats at this juncture.       Charlie Blackmon homered and doubled twice in a 5-2 loss for the Rockies to the Pirates on Friday.

      Advice: It comes in a losing effort, but it’s another big offensive game for Blackmon. The veteran outfielder was hitting .224 on May 26, and that number is now .266 after the three-hit night. The homer came off David Bednar in the ninth, and Colorado trailed 5-2 after the solo blast. Still counts.       Blackmon went 3-for-4 with a solo homer, two doubles and two runs scored in Friday's 5-2 loss to the Pirates.

      Advice: The 37-year-old collected two doubles off bulk reliever Luis Ortiz before capping his evening with a 412-foot solo homer against David Bednar in the ninth. Blackmon has shown signs of life in June, hitting .347 (17-for-49) over 12 games this month.       Advice: Harris had to make an early exit from Friday's game versus Tampa Bay due to tightness in his left hamstring, and the team has already deemed his injury severe enough to warrant a trip to the IL. The 23-year-old outfielder will receive an MRI on his hamstring Saturday, at which point the team will have a better idea of how long he will be out.
