• Serving as DH sans Stanton
Judge will serve as the designated hitter and bat third for Sunday's series finale against Atlanta.

Advice: With Giancarlo Stanton (hamstring) placed on the injured list Sunday, Judge will have more turns at DH while Trent Grisham gets reps in the outfield, per Bryan Hoch of MLB.com. For the month of June, Judge is slashing a blistering .381/.494/.857 with eight home runs and 25 while boasting a 1.351 OPS. Rotowire.com Today, 7:43 am

  • Productive in win
Judge went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run, an additional RBI and a walk in Saturday's 8-3 win over Atlanta.

Advice: Judge generated runs in a variety of ways. His first-inning blast put the Yankees ahead, and he drew a bases-loaded walk in the sixth to tack on an insurance run. Even one of his outs, a groundout into a double play, allowed a run to score in the third. Judge has three homers over his last five contests and is up to 28 long balls this year as he continues to pace the majors. He's added a spectacular .301/.425/.692 slash line with 70 RBI, 59 runs scored and five stolen bases through 77 games, a level of production quite similar to his MVP campaign from 2022. • Aaron Judge swats 28th homer as Yankees top Braves
Aaron Judge swatted his league-leading 28th home run of the season on Saturday night, helping to propel the Yankees to an 8-3 victory over the visiting Braves.

Advice: Judge opened the scoring in the ballgame in the first inning, crushing a 366-foot (101.5 mph EV) two-run shot off of Charlie Morton. He then strolled to the plate with the bases loaded in the third inning but wound up grounding into a double play. Judge also batted with the bases juiced in the sixth inning, where he worked Aaron Bummer for a walk to pick up another RBI. The 32-year-old superstar is now slashing a monstrous .301/.425/.692 with the aforementioned 28 long balls and 70 RBI on the season. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:27 pm

  • Jazz Chisholm Jr. leaves game with tight biceps
Jazz Chisholm Jr. was removed from Saturday’s game against the Mariners due to tightness in his right biceps.

Advice: The 26-year-old outfielder had been 1-for-2 with a single and a strikeout when Vidal Brujan surprisingly hit for him in the sixth inning. The severity of the injury is not yet known, so be sure to check his status on Sunday. It may be wise for fantasy managers to have a contingency plan in place for next week in the event that Chisholm requires a trip to the injured list. Rotoworld Yesterday, 5:12 pm
  • Daulton Varsho (back) will not play on Sunday
Blue Jays’ manager John Schneider told reporters after Saturday’s game that Daulton Varsho has been dealing with some tightness in his lower back and will be held out of the team’s starting lineup on Sunday.

Advice: The 27-year-old played the entire game on Saturday but reported to his manager afterwards that his back had tightened up on him. It doesn’t sound like anything that should lead to any sort of extended absence and there’s even a possibility that Varsho could be available to pinch-hit off the bench on Sunday. He should be considered day-to-day. Rotoworld Yesterday, 4:18 pm
  • Has back soreness, off Sunday
Varsho experienced back tightness late in Saturday's game against the Guardians and will be given the day off for Sunday's series finale, Hazel Mae of Sportsnet reports.

Advice: Varsho grounded out in the ninth inning but never made it out of the batters box, immediately grabbing at his lower back after making contact. Though the injury doesn't seem of much concern, Varsho will be held out of Sunday's contest. Varsho went 0-for-4 with a strikeout during Saturday's 6-3 loss. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 4:06 pm

Dylan Moore doubled twice and drove in a run in a blowout win Saturday over the Marlins.

Advice: Moore now has 14 doubles on the season. The 31-year-old came into Saturday’s game hitting just .154 over the month of June, but he has swung the bat better over the last week with a pair of homers and multi-hit contests. Rotoworld Yesterday, 3:36 pm

  • Amed Rosario suffers facial lacerations on Saturday
Amed Rosario suffered facial lacerations when he was hit in the face by a 99.6-mph fastball during Saturday’s game against the Pirates.

Advice: It sounds like the 28-year-old infielder was extremely fortunate to have avoided any broken bones in a terrifying situation on Saturday afternoon. It’s unclear if Rosario is going to require a trip to the injured list or will miss any time with the injury, but it’s incredibly encouraging to hear the early diagnosis. Rotoworld Yesterday, 2:59 pm
