    • Lifts 15th homer
Soto went 2-for-5 with a solo home run and an additional RBI in Tuesday's 4-3 loss to the Angels.

Advice: Soto has been in the zone lately, going 14-for-39 (.359) with six homers and 12 RBI over his last 10 contests. He's produced five multi-hit efforts in that span. The star outfielder is up to 15 long balls this season, and he's added a .312/.408/.581 slash line, 46 RBI, 40 runs scored, four stolen bases and 11 doubles over 56 contests. • Nearing rehab assignment
Conforto (hamstring) could begin a rehab assignment later this week, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Advice: Conforto was cleared to resume baseball activities last week as he works his way back from a right hamstring strain, although it's uncertain whether he's done any running yet. He's been on the shelf for a little more than two weeks and shouldn't need too many rehab games before being activated, assuming all goes well. Rotowire.com Monday, 12:00 pm

    • Michael Conforto could start rehab this week
Michael Conforto (hamstring) could start a rehab assignment later this week.

Advice: Fellow outfielder Austin Slater (concussion) is starting a rehab assignment at Triple-A Sacramento on Tuesday, and Conforto could join him later in the week. The 31-year-old is off to a tremendous start with a .280/.331/.490 slash line and seven home runs in 38 games. He was placed on the IL on May 12th and his return to the active roster could be bad news for one of Luis Matos or Heliot Ramos, who have been playing regularly since Conforto was injured. • Juan Soto plates run in loss to Padres
Juan Soto doubled, walked and drove in a run as the Yankees fell to the Padres on Sunday afternoon in San Diego.

Advice: The 25-year-old superstar broke a scoreless tie with a run-scoring double off of Joe Musgrove in the sixth inning. That would wind up being the Bombers’ only tally until the ninth inning. Soto is once again enjoying an outstanding all-around season at the plate — slashing a robust .310/.408/.571 with 14 homers, 44 RBI and four stolen bases. Rotoworld Sunday, 4:10 pm

    • Stays hot at plate
Alvarez went 2-for-4 with a double, a walk, an RBI and a run scored Friday against the Athletics.

Advice: Alvarez extended his hitting streak to six games, three of which have been multi-hit efforts. He also has five extra-base hits in that span, an important step forward in his production given his surprisingly low .192 ISO across 219 plate appearances to start the campaign. • Scores three runs
Joe went 2-for-4 with two doubles and three runs scored Friday against Atlanta.

Advice: Joe doubled in the first and third innings and came around to score on each occasion. The performance marked his first multi-hit game in his last six starts and his first extra-base knock in eight contests. With Jack Suwinski optioned to Triple-A Indianapolis on Friday, Joe's status as a regular in the lineup should be cemented. Rotowire.com Friday, 11:26 pm

    • Clubs another homer
Stanton went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Friday's 8-0 win over the Padres.

Advice: Stanton hit the last of the Yankees' three third-inning homers off Yu Darvish. Over the last 15 games, Stanton has gone deep seven times while adding 11 RBI and eight runs scored. He's more than doubled his homer total for the year in that span -- the designated hitter is now at 13 long balls in 2024. He's added a .246/.295/.520 slash line with 29 RBI, 23 runs scored, eight doubles and no stolen bases over 183 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Friday, 9:53 pm
    • Blasts homer Friday
Soto went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run, a double and a walk in Friday's 8-0 win over the Padres.

Advice: Soto's homer stretched the Yankees' lead to 3-0 in the third inning. The superstar outfielder has gone 11-for-27 (.407) with five homers and nine RBI over his last seven contests. This was his fourth multi-hit effort in that span, lifting his slash line to .315/.413/.581 through 53 games this season. Soto has added 14 homers, 43 RBI, 39 runs scored, four stolen bases, 10 doubles and a triple. The Yankees have won 10 of their last 12 games, and Soto's been doing his part to contribute to that success. Rotowire.com Friday, 9:42 pm

    • Stanton swats homer as Yankees clobber Padres
Giancarlo Stanton blasted a two-run homer in the Yankees’ victory over the Padres on Friday.

Advice: Stanton has homered in back-to-back contests, and this one was a two-run blast off Yu Darvish — one of four homers the right-hander gave up — to score Alex Verdugo in the third. Stanton is now up to 13 homers, 29 RBI and an .816 OPS over 171 at-bats. Rotoworld Friday, 9:26 pm
