    • Three hits, steal in win
Castro went 3-for-5 with a double, a triple, an RBI, a run scored and a stolen base in Wednesday's 10-5 win over the White Sox.

Advice: Castro wound up a homer shy of a cycle Wednesday while recording his fifth multi-hit game during his current eight-game hitting streak. He's gone 16-for-35 (.457) over the course of the streak, boosting his slash line to .270/.339/.450 through 30 games this year. The 27-year-old Castro added two homers, 13 runs scored, 12 RBI and three stolen bases while serving as the Twins' primary third baseman in the absence of Royce Lewis (quadriceps). • Willi Castro goes 3-for-5, steals base
Willi Castro went 3-for-5 with a triple, a double and a stolen base Wednesday as the Twins took down the White Sox 10-5.

Advice: Castro has really warmed up, going 16-for-35 with eight RBI in his last eight games. That’s raised his OPS from .538 to 789. He was in line to lose playing time due to Carlos Correa’s return, but the hot streak has changed that, and now that Byron Buxton is down, there’s little doubt that Castro will stay in the lineup for a while. He’s an option for teams in need of steals. Rotoworld Wednesday, 2:27 pm

    • Plates three during win
Turang went 2-for-3 with three RBI, a run scored, a walk and stole a base during Tuesday's 8-2 win over the Rays.

Advice: Turang's RBI single in the second inning drove in Jackson Chourio to give Milwaukee a 2-0 lead, and his seventh-inning double scored another two runs, pushing the score to 8-2. The 24-year-old second baseman continues to look like a reformed hitter, batting .312 through 93 at-bats this season -- a drastic improvement from his .218 average last year -- and his 14 stolen bases rank second in the majors. • Turang drives in three as Brewers down Rays
Brice Turang went 2-for-3 with a double, three RBI, and a run scored in Tuesday’s win over the Rays.

Advice: Turang singled in the second inning to bring home Jackson Chourio, giving the Brewers an early 2-0 lead, but that was just the start of a strong night for the young second baseman. Turang would later double in the seventh inning, driving in two more runs to put the Brewers up 8-2. Turang has upped his RBI total to 12 on the season and his hitting a solid .312 through the first month of the season.

    • Returning after one-game absence
Westburg (illness) will start at second base and bat seventh in Monday's game versus the Yankees.

Advice: Westburg sat out Sunday's 7-6 loss to the Athletics because of a stomach bug, but he's feeling well enough to return to the lineup a day later. The 25-year-old has produced a .903 OPS in 25 games for the Orioles this season. Rotowire.com Monday, 12:36 pm

    • Delivers game-winning run
Marte went 1-for-4 with a double and an RBI in Sunday's 3-2 win over Seattle.

Advice: Marte's two-out double in the eighth plated Kevin Newman with the winning run. It was the second consecutive game that Marte has hit out of the three-hole, as manager Torey Lovullo made recent changes to accommodate for Corbin Carroll's slow start. Marte had been the team's primary leadoff hitter. Rotowire.com Sunday, 5:43 pm

    • Sits with illness
Orioles manager Brandon Hyde said Westburg wasn't available for Sunday's 7-6 loss to the Athletics due to a stomach bug, Jake Rill of MLB.com reports.

Advice: The illness brought an end to a streak of 16 straight starts for Westburg, who has a .304/.360/.543 slash line through 25 games this season. The 25-year-old should be considered day-to-day heading into Monday's series opener versus the Yankees. Rotowire.com Sunday, 2:01 pm

    • Takes seat Sunday
Westburg is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Athletics.

Advice: Westburg started the past 16 games and posted a 1.057 OPS during that stretch, but he'll receive a breather Sunday while in the midst of a 4-for-20 slump. Jorge Mateo will step in at the keystone and bat ninth. Rotowire.com Sunday, 7:34 am

    • Jordan Westburg takes seat Sunday vs. A’s
Jordan Westburg is not in the lineup for Sunday’s game against the Athletics.

Advice: Westburg has been outstanding to begin 2024 with a .903 OPS, but he’ll get a day of rest for the finale against the A’s. Ramon will hit eighth and handle the hot corner against Paul Blackburn and the Oakland bullpen to begin Sunday’s contest. Rotoworld Sunday, 7:26 am
