      Advice: Wheeler wasn’t at his most efficient tonight, but that didn’t really matter, since the Phillies went 10 innings without scoring. It’s Wheeler’s ninth quality start in 12 tries, and he lowered his ERA to 2.32. Still, the Phillies bizarrely are only 6-6 when he pitches, compared to 32-12 the rest of the time.       Julio Rodríguez went 2-for-4 with a go-ahead single in the bottom of the eighth as the Mariners bested the Astros 4-2 on Tuesday.

      Advice: Rodriguez delivered after Josh Rojas tied the game with an RBI single off Ryan Pressly. Those two combined for four of the Mariners’ seven hits and all three of the team’s runs batted in tonight (the other run also came on Rodríguez’s eighth-inning hit, but it was the result of an error). It wasn’t his most dominant outing of his Dodgers debut, but he remains one of the few elite starters left healthy in the entire fantasy landscape.
