    • Ends power drought
Yelich went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 6-3 win over the Angels.

Advice: Yelich opened the scoring with a first-inning homer, his first long ball since May 29. Power's been the only thing missing for the veteran outfielder in June -- he's batting .322 (19-for-59) this month, but with just two extra-base hits and five RBI over 16 contests. For the year, Yelich is slashing .324/.400/.506 with seven homers, 32 RBI, 25 runs scored and 14 stolen bases over 200 plate appearances in what's shaping up to be his best campaign since 2019. • Fills box score Tuesday
Gelof went 2-for-4 with a three-run home run, one stolen base and two runs scored in Tuesday's 7-5 win over the Royals.

Advice: Gelof took Alec Marsh deep in the fourth inning to provide the Athletics with enough offense to weather the Royals' comeback attempt. This was Gelof's third multi-hit effort in his last seven games, though the homer was his first since June 5. The second baseman is starting to put together better at-bats, but he's still at a .195/.250/.335 slash line with six homers, 18 RBI, 20 runs scored and eight stolen bases over 54 contests this season. • Secures save Tuesday
Miller struck out one in a perfect inning to earn the save in Tuesday's 7-5 win over the Royals.

Advice: Miller took a blown save in his last outing, though it was because he allowed an inherited runner to score. He's struggled a bit lately, allowing nine runs (six earned) with a 16:7 K:BB across 12.1 innings over his last 10 appearances. He's still performing quite well in the closer role for the Athletics, pitching to a 2.20 ERA, 0.83 WHIP and 57:12 K:BB over 32.2 innings while going 13-for-15 in save chances this year. • Mason Miller perfect in ninth for 13th save
Mason Miller recorded his 13th save with a scoreless ninth against the Royals on Tuesday.

Advice: Miller had it easy tonight, getting one strikeout and a pair of routine flies. He’s had some hiccups of late, but he remains about as good of a bet as any reliever from an ERA and strikeout perspective. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:55 pm

    • Zack Gelof hits three-run homer, steals base
Zack Gelof went 2-for-4 with a three-run homer and a steal as Oakland’s No. 9 hitter Tuesday against the Royals.

Advice: Gelof is pretty much impossible to use in shallow leagues while batting at the bottom of Oakland’s order, but one modest hot streak should be enough to put him back into the top third of the lineup. He’s at .195/.250/.335 right now. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:54 pm

    • Posts five-out save
Munoz earned the save Tuesday in an 8-5 win over Cleveland, allowing one hit while striking out one over 1.2 innings.

Advice: The Mariners turned to Munoz after Trent Thornton loaded the bases in the eighth. Munoz would proceed to coax a pair of groundouts to get out of the inning before turning in a scoreless ninth, earning his 13th save of the campaign and his third of four or more outs. The 25-year-old Munoz lowered his ERA to a pristine 1.47 this season with a 0.95 WHIP and 42:10 K:BB across 30.2 innings. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:01 pm
    • Locks down seventh save
Diaz earned the save in Tuesday's 7-6 victory over San Francisco. He pitched a scoreless inning, allowing one hit and no walks with no strikeouts.

Advice: After an RBI double by Pete Alonso provided New York with the lead in the top of the ninth inning, Diaz entered in the bottom of the frame to gather his second save since returning from the injured list June 13. The flamethrowing closer yielded a leadoff single to Jonah Heim before inducing a groundball double play and flyout for his seventh save this season. After struggling with an 8.68 ERA over 9.1 innings in May, Diaz looks healthy again and has regained control of the Mets closer role. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:58 pm
    • Edwin Díaz works scoreless ninth for save
Edwin Díaz pitched a scoreless ninth with a one-run lead for his seventh save Tuesday against the Rangers.

Advice: The ninth started with a bloop single that third baseman Mark Vientos probably should have caught in shallow left, but it appeared he got spooked by Brandon Nimmo’s arrival. Fortunately, the ball was hit by Johan Heim, who settled for a single when an average runner might have gotten a double. A double play followed, and Díaz then got a flyout to end the game. • Fans eight in no-decision
Steele did not factor into the decision in Tuesday's 5-2 win over the Giants, allowing two runs on four hits and two walks over 6.2 innings. He struck out eight.

Advice: The Chicago southpaw posted his third straight quality start as he generated 14 whiffs en route to eight punchouts, tying the season high he'd set May 27 against Milwaukee. The Giants managed to collect both runs against Steele on a fifth-inning double yielded to Curt Casali. Although Steele is still searching for his first win, he's been a dependable arm with a 3.16 ERA, 1.07 WHIP and 56:15 K:BB over 57 innings this season. He's scheduled make his next start against the Giants again, but in San Francisco. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:18 pm
