    • David Fry in Tuesday’s lineup at DH vs. Orioles
David Fry (elbow) is in the lineup for Tuesday’s game against the Orioles.

Advice: Fry is back in Cleveland’s lineup for the second straight contest after making an early exit from Sunday’s game agains the Blue Jays due to right elbow inflammation. It obviously doesn’t seem like a massive concern going forward. Rotoworld Yesterday, 1:11 pm

    • Burleson has another two-hit game Monday
Alec Burleson went 2-for-3 with a double, a run scored and an RBI against the Braves on Monday.

Advice: Burleson started the scoring with an RBI double in the third inning off Braves starter Spencer Schwellenbach. He’s had at least two hits in four consecutive games and five of his last six games. He’s 11-for-24 (.458) with 10 runs scored, three home runs, nine RBI and a double over his last six games. Burleson is hitting .289 with a .798 OPS and 33 RBI on the season. Rotoworld Monday, 7:21 pm

    • Drawing start at DH on Monday
Fry (elbow) will start at designated hitter and bat fifth in Monday's game against the Orioles.

Advice: Fry's status heading into the series opener in Baltimore was somewhat murky after he was forced out of Sunday's 6-5 win over Toronto with right elbow inflammation, but the 29-year-old is apparently feeling well enough to stick in the lineup Monday in a non-defensive role. Once the elbow issue fully subsides, expect Fry to mix in behind the plate and in the corner outfield along with at DH as the Guardians make a concerted effort to keep his productive bat in the lineup. • Stays hot at plate
Burleson went 2-for-4 with two RBI singles, a run scored and two stolen bases during Sunday's 5-3 win over the Giants.

Advice: Burleson generated multiple hits for the third consecutive contest, building on a two-homer effort Saturday with a pair of RBI on Sunday. After stealing just two bases in his first 67 games, Burleson has swiped three in the past two contests and took second base on both of his hits. The outfielder is 24-for-83 (.289) in June and ranks in the top 10 in MLB in both runs scored and homers during the month. Rotowire.com Sunday, 10:49 pm

    • David Fry (elbow) considered day-to-day
David Fry is considered day-to-day after exiting Sunday’s game against the Blue Jays with inflammation in his right elbow.

Advice: It sounds like it’s just a minor issue and the 28-year-old slugger won’t require a trip to the injured list. While his pace has cooled over the last few weeks, Fry has still been a force in the middle of the Guardians’ lineup this season — slashing .312/.429/.526 with eight homers, 31 RBI and four stolen bases in only 189 plate appearances. • Alec Burleson has two hits, two SB in win
Alec Burleson went 2-for-4 with two RBI and two steals in a win over the Giants on Sunday.

Advice: Burleson had an RBI single in the first inning and then another RBI single in the second to give him 32 RBI on the season. The two swipes also gave him five on the year to go along with a .385/.319/.469 slash line. He hits near the top of the lineup pretty much every day and needs to be rostered in more leagues. • Battling elbow inflammation
Fry was removed from Sunday's game against Toronto due to right elbow inflammation, Zack Meisel of The Athletic reports.

Advice: Fry delivered an RBI single during the first inning of Sunday's contest before being replaced behind the plate by Bo Naylor in the third. The Guardians are currently viewing Fry as day-to-day, though he will likely undergo further testing to determine the extent of his injury. Rotowire.com Sunday, 12:16 pm

    • David Fry leaves game with elbow inflammation
David Fry was removed from Sunday’s game against the Blue Jays due to right elbow inflammation.

Advice: The positive news here is that Fry’s early exit isn’t related to a possible head injury or concussion. The bad news is that he’s probably going to be sent for some further evaluation and imaging to determine the extent of the issue. The 28-year-old backstop has been an unexpected revelation this season for fantasy managers, so the hope here is that his exit was merely for precautionary reasons. He’s presumably day-to-day for now. Rotoworld Sunday, 12:09 pm

    • David Fry leaves game Sunday with possible injury
David Fry made an early exit from Sunday’s game against the Blue Jays with a potential injury.

Advice: MLB.com’s Henry Palattella adds that Fry was apparently struck in the head by a practice swing from Danny Jansen in the opening frame, so it’s highly likely he’s been lifted from the contest for precautinary reasons to undergo testing for a possible concussion. There should be an update on his status shortly. Rotoworld Sunday, 11:34 am
