    • Not yet throwing
Hamilton (lat) has been rehabbing but hasn't yet resumed throwing, per MLB.com.

Advice: Hamilton landed on the injured list June 18 due to a mid-grade right lat strain. Initial expectations were that he would be shut down from throwing for 3-to-4 weeks, so it's not surprising that the reliever hasn't yet reached that part of his rehab. Hamilton isn't likely to return to the Yankees' bullpen until after the All-Star break. Rotowire.com 6 minutes ago

    • Extends hit streak to 11 games
India went 2-for-5 with two RBI and a run scored in Saturday's 9-4 win over the Cardinals

Advice: India hit an RBI double then scored in the second inning and added another RBI double in the seventh. The second baseman is on fire, extending his hit streak to 11 games and registering multiple hits in eight straight. He has increased his average to .279 with five home runs, 34 RBI, 38 runs scored and eight steals over 311 plate appearances this season. The 27-year-old will likely continue to hit leadoff until TJ Friedl (hamstring) returns from the injured list. Rotowire.com 8 minutes ago

    • Eyeing July return
Trout (knee) said Saturday that he's basically pain free and expects to be reinstated from the IL by the end of July, Sam Blum of The Athletic reports. Trout has yet to start running.

Advice: Manager Ron Washington indicated Saturday that Trout was close to resuming baseball activities and Trout said he'd be back prior to August. The 32-year-old claimed he's pain free outside of occasional soreness in his left knee as he recovers from surgery on a torn meniscus in May. Considering he's missed two months of action, it's likely he'll require a rehab assignment before being cleared. Rotowire.com 16 minutes ago

    • Resumes light throwing
Darvish (elbow) has resumed playing light catch, per MLB.com.

Advice: Darvish was expected to come off the injured list and make a start for the Padres on Tuesday, but a bout of right elbow inflammation put a halt to that plan. The right-hander underwent imaging that came back clean, and the fact that he's now doing light throwing suggests that the issue isn't serious. However, Darvish is expected to undergo additional imaging before he's cleared to throw in a game. Rotowire.com 19 minutes ago

    • Mike Trout (knee) plans return before end of July
Mike Trout (knee) told reporters on Saturday that he plans to return from the injured list before the end of July.

Advice: The 32-year-old superstar also noted that he’s pretty much pain-free except for some occasional soreness. Trout also admitted that he has yet to start running and there’s currently no timetable for him to do so. Interesting. This is starting to sound like a situation where the Angels are going to provide no updates, then suddenly one day he’ll be activated from the injured list and return to the lineup without anyone being the wiser. • Steals 40th bag in win
De La Cruz went 2-for-5 with an RBI, a run scored and a stolen base in Saturday's 9-4 win over the Cardinals.

Advice: De La Cruz hit an RBI double in the third inning and followed it up with his 40th steal of the season. He then tripled and scored in a six-run fifth frame for the Reds. After going eight games without a steal, the 22-year-old has now swiped a bag in three consecutive contests and continues to lead the league in the category. He did strike out three times to bring his league-leading season total to 110 but is still hitting a solid .255 with 14 home runs, 37 RBI and 55 runs scored over 355 plate appearances. • Logs quality start in win
Spiers (2-1) earned the win against the Cardinals on Saturday, allowing two runs (one earned) on three hits and one walk with four strikeouts over six innings.

Advice: Spiers allowed an unearned run in the third inning and surrendered a solo home run to Paul Goldschmidt in the sixth. He has now thrown exactly six innings in each of his three starts this season and has posted back-to-back quality start victories. On the year, the 26-year-old owns a 3.13 ERA, 1.15 WHIP and 29:7 K:BB over 37.1 innings and lines up to face the Tigers next week. Rotowire.com 33 minutes ago

    • Adam Duvall singles home winner in 10th vs. PIT
Adam Duvall hit a walkoff single to give Atlanta a 2-1 victory over Pittsburgh on Saturday in 10 innings.

Advice: Duvall singled home Luke Williams in the bottom of the 10th to give Atlanta a victory and Duvall his 20th RBI of 2024. The 35-year-old outfielder went hitless prior to that knock and is hitting a paltry .167/.239/.290, but Atlanta and Duvall probably aren’t thinking about that too much right now. Fantasy managers just shouldn’t consider adding him until — or if — he gets going again. Rotoworld 35 minutes ago

    • Jarred Kelenic hits solo homer off Paul Skenes
Jarred Kelenic went 2-for-3 with a homer in an extra-inning win Saturday over the Pirates.

Advice: Never give up on talent. Kelenic smoked a solo shot off Paul Skenes to lead off the bottom of the first, and he’s up to nine homers in the first half of the season. The 24-year-old also singled and drew a walk while improving his slash to .283/.329/.466. It’s understandable if fantasy players are skeptical of Kelenic given his previous struggles, but again, there’s a reason this was one of the best prospects in baseball a short time ago. There’s no question he’s capable of keeping this up and then some. Rotoworld 35 minutes ago
