      Advice: Ramos has homered in back-to-back games, and his blast Monday tied the contest at 2-2 in the seventh inning. He's gone 5-for-13 over three games to begin June after batting .280 in May following his call-up to the big-league roster. Ramos is slashing .295/.361/.477 with four homers, 17 RBI, 10 runs scored, four doubles and one stolen base over 24 contests this season. He saw a fairly steady run in left field while Michael Conforto was out with a hamstring injury, but Ramos looks poised to challenge Mike Yastrzemski for the starting job in right field after Conforto was activated from the injured list Monday.       Advice: This was Burleson's second straight game with a homer after he went 12 contests without one. The 25-year-old is up to seven homers through 51 contests in 2024, one long ball shy of matching his total from 107 games last year.       Pinch-hitter Pavin Smith hit a two-run homer off Randy Rodriguez in the bottom of the ninth to give the Diamondbacks a 4-2 win over the Giants on Monday.

      Advice: Smith’s 424-foot shot to center would have been a double had it turned a few inches to the left, but that still would have been enough to win the game. It was Smith’s second homer in 50 plate appearances this season and 30th in 1,144 trips to the plate since he debuted in 2020.       Heliot Ramos went 2-for-4 and hit his fourth homer Monday against the Diamondbacks.

      Advice: The Giants lose some defense by playing Ramos over Luis Matos or Mike Yastrzemski with Michael Conforto back, but it’s going to be worth it for as long as Ramos remains hot.       Advice: Gallo launched his fifth home run of the season, but he has seen his playing time decrease over the past week. The 30-year-old has started just four of the past seven contests following a streak of 10-consecutive starts.       Advice: Alvarez hit a two-run home run off Kyle Gibson in the third inning, then doubled and scored a run in the sixth. The homer was Alvarez's third in as many games, and he now has four multi-hit efforts in his past seven contests.       Advice: Benson singled and scored in the third inning before hitting a two-run triple and scoring again in the fourth. He capped off his day with an RBI sacrifice fly in the sixth. Benson had gone 29 straight games since his last multi-hit performance April 29; during that stretch, he went 13-for-74 (.176).
