    • Brandon Marsh (hamstring) heading to 10-day IL
Phillies placed OF Brandon Marsh on the 10-day injured list with a right hamstring strain.

Advice: Marsh sustained the injury while running the bases during the eighth inning of Sunday night’s ballgame against the Cardinals. It’s still unclear at the moment how long he’ll be shelved for. David Dahl was recalled from Triple-A Lehigh Valley in a corresponding move on Monday. Rotoworld Monday, 12:26 pm

    • On track for activation Monday
Conforto (hamstring) is likely to be activated from the 10-day injured list prior to Monday's game in Arizona, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Advice: Conforto got into two rehab games with Triple-A Sacramento on Friday and Saturday, going 1-for-5 with one walk and one strikeout. He was set to be re-evaluated by the team after that and, as long as he feels fine, is expected back in the lineup Monday. Conforto has missed a little more than three weeks of action with a right hamstring strain. Rotowire.com Monday, 10:17 am
    • Michael Conforto (hamstring) could return Monday
Michael Conforto (hamstring) is tentatively expected to return to the Giants’ lineup for Monday’s series opener against the Diamondbacks in Arizona.

Advice: The 31-year-old outfielder played in a pair of minor league rehab games at Triple-A Sacramento over the weekend, going 1-for-5 (.200) with a 1/1 K/BB ratio. He was set to be evaluated on Monday, and as long as everything goes well he’ll be cleared to return. Before landing on the injured list on May 12, Conforto had been hitting .280/.331/.490 with seven homers and 20 RBI in 154 plate appearances. Rotoworld Monday, 8:48 am
    • Exits early with hamstring injury
Marsh was removed in the bottom of the eighth inning of Sunday's contest against the Cardinals due to a right hamstring strain, Matt Gelb of The Athletic reports. He went 1-for-3 with a walk and a run scored prior to exiting the game.

Advice: Marsh recorded a single off reliever Andrew Kittredge to open the bottom of the eighth, but he left the game after advancing to second base on a hit by Nick Castellanos. The outfielder will likely undergo additional testing on his leg, and a trip to the injured list could be on the table. Rotowire.com Sunday, 6:54 pm

    • Brandon Marsh diagnosed with hamstring strain
The Phillies announced that Brandon Marsh was pulled from Sunday’s game against the Cardinals due to a right hamstring strain.

Advice: The 26-year-old outfielder suffered the injury while running the bases in the eighth inning on Sunday. He’ll head for further evaluation to determine the severity of the strain. Expect the Phillies to provide an update on his status on Monday. Fantasy managers who are relying on Marsh for next week should be sure to have a contingency plan in place. • Brandon Marsh leaves game Sunday with leg injury
Brandon Marsh was removed from Sunday night’s battle against the Cardinals in the eighth inning due to an apparent leg injury.

Advice: Marsh rounded second base and wanted to turn on the jets to go to third, but pulled up lame and had to hobble back into second base. It’s unclear if it was a hamstring or some sort of knee issue, though he was able to walk off the field under his own power. He’ll head for further evaluation. Cristian Pache came in to replace him and would be in line for increased action if Marsh is forced to miss any time. Rotoworld Sunday, 6:42 pm

    • Goes deep Saturday
Santander went 2-for-3 with a solo home run, a walk and two total runs scored in Saturday's 9-5 win over the Rays.

Advice: Santander has started to look more like himself, going 9-for-32 (.281) with three homers over his last nine contests. For the year, he's slashing .218/.300/.440 with 10 homers, 30 RBI, 29 runs scored, 11 doubles, one triple and no stolen bases. Santander has been plagued by a .224 BABIP this year, so it's no surprise his overall numbers are down, but it's a reason for optimism that he'll be able to turn things around. • Belts two homers in victory
Alvarez went 3-for-3 with two home runs, a walk and three total RBI in a 5-2 win against Minnesota on Saturday.

Advice: Alvarez kicked off the scoring for Houston with a two-run homer in the first inning and added a solo shot in the fifth. The pair of long balls matched his total over his previous 30 games combined. Alvarez has hit safely in 13 of his past 14 games and is batting .377 (20-for-53) during that stretch, though he had only two RBI during that span before Saturday. Rotowire.com Saturday, 10:00 pm
    • Yordan Alvarez homers twice as Astros top Twins
Yordan Alvarez went 3-for-3 with two homers and three RBI in a 5-2 win Saturday over the Twins for the Astros.

Advice: Alvarez also drew a walk. The 26-year-old slugger took Joe Ryan deep with a runner on in the first, and did more damage against Ryan with a solo shot in the fifth. That ups Alvarez’s total to 11 roundtrippers on the year, and he’s plated 25 over the first 59 games of the season for the Astros. Alvarez has been as good as any hitter in baseball the last few years, and it’s the only reason why those numbers and a .283/.357/.480 slash seem slightly disappointing. Rotoworld Saturday, 5:03 pm
