    • Sitting against left-hander
Gorman is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Orioles, Katie Woo of The Athletic reports.

Advice: Gorman clubbed a tie-breaking, two-run home run earlier Wednesday in the completion of Tuesday's suspended game, but he will take a seat versus left-hander John Means for the regularly-scheduled contest. Brendan Donovan will replace Gorman at second base. Rotowire.com 29 minutes ago

    • Nolan Gorman homers to lead Cardinals past Orioles
Nolan Gorman hit a two-run homer after play resumed Wednesday as the Cardinals beat the Orioles 3-1 in Tuesday’s suspended game.

Advice: Gorman also doubled in the Cardinals’ lone run before play was halted in a 1-1 game last night. The homer today came immediately came right after play resumed in the bottom of the sixth and made a winner of Lance Lynn, who pitched six innings of one-run ball last night. Gorman has four homers and 10 RBI in his last 11 games. His OPS has jumped from .575 to .724 during that span, and he should probably be picked up in leagues in which he was dropped. • Sitting Wednesday
Guillorme is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Astros, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.

Advice: After he was acquired from Atlanta on May 9, Guillorme picked up starts in five of his first seven games with the Angels. He seems to have since moved into a utility role with Luis Rengifo returning from the injured list and taking on everyday duties at third base and with prospect Kyren Paris getting called up from Triple-A Salt Lake to serve as the team's main option at second base. Paris is hitting just .111 since his promotion, so it may not be long before the Angels pull the plug on the rookie and give Guillorme more playing time at the keystone. • Playing time trending down
Tucker is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Astros, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Tucker made five consecutive starts at third base from May 5 through 9, but with the Angels having since acquired Luis Guillorme and returned Luis Rengifo from the injured list, Tucker's playing time has become more sparse. He's on the bench for the ninth time in the Angels' last 12 games, with two of his starts during that stretch coming in left field. Rotowire.com Today, 9:52 am

    • Lifts homer in loss
Chapman went 2-for-5 with a solo home run and a double in Tuesday's 7-6 extra-inning loss to the Pirates.

Advice: Chapman has gone 16-for-43 (.372) with eight extra-base hits and eight RBI over his last 11 games. The third baseman's homer Tuesday gave the Giants a 5-2 lead in the seventh inning. He's up to six long balls, 22 RBI, 30 runs scored, 13 doubles and five stolen bases while slashing .243/.303/.411 over 48 contests. While his .714 OPS is notably down from last year, he seems to have turned a corner in May by batting .279 after hitting just .212 in April. Rotowire.com Today, 9:49 am
    • Supplies game-winning home run
Toro went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 5-4 win over the Rockies.

Advice: Toro's bat was silent until the eighth inning when he sent out a home run to right field to give the A's their first lead of the night. He's racked up seven hits over his last five games and leads the majors with 28 hits in the month of May. Since April 26, Toro is slashing .362/.406/.553 with three homers, 10 RBI, 17 runs and a 4:16 BB:K in 101 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Today, 8:45 am

    • Leaves yard Tuesday
Davis went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Tuesday's in over the Rockies.

Advice: Davis got the A's on the board with a solo blast off Cal Quantrill in the third inning. It was his first home run since he had two against the Guardians on March 29 and just his second hit in his last 20 plate appearances since May 11. The 31-year-old has lost out on playing time due to his offensive struggles. He's now slashing .196/.237/.337 with seven extra-base hits, three RBI, 10 runs and a 4:25 BB:K in 97 plate appearances. • Colt Keith draws start versus left-hander
Even though the Tigers are facing a tough lefty in Cole Ragans, Colt Keith is in the lineup for Wednesday’s game versus the Royals.

Advice: It’s the fourth time this year he’s drawn a start against a lefty. That he’s gone 6-for-8 the last two days certainly helped his cause here. Kerry Carpenter and Wenceel Pérez are taking a seat versus Ragans. Rotoworld Today, 8:20 am

    • Goes deep again Tuesday
McMahon went 1-for-4 with a two-run homer in Tuesday's loss to the Athletics.

Advice: McMahon kicked off the scoring with a two-run blast in the first inning off of Aaron Brooks for his only hit of the evening. He's now upped his hitting streak to nine games and is slashing .378/.310/.676 with three homers, seven RBI and nine runs scored. He's maintained an average north of .300 for the majority of the season thus far and is currently riding a streak of 19 consecutive plate appearances without striking out. Rotowire.com Today, 8:12 am
