Advice: Paddack put together another solid start on Wednesday against the Mariners. He worked through three scoreless frames before Mitch Garver took him deep for a solo homer in the fourth. Paddack got out of trouble with two baserunners in the fifth, and got one out in the sixth before his day was done. He struck out 10 batters for the second time this season, generating a whopping 19 whiffs. The 28-year-old right-hander will take a 4.34 ERA, 1.50 WHIP, and a 37/8 K/BB ratio across 37 1/3 innings into a start against the Yankees in Minnesota on Tuesday.
