    Advice: A demotion to Triple-A for Julien is very much a possibility as the countermove for when Royce Lewis rejoins the Twins. He’s still very likely Minnesota’s long-term second baseman, but he’s not currently getting the job done while hitting .205/.305/.367. Willi Castro could slide to second in his place.     Neto went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases in Friday's 5-4 loss to the Mariners.

    Advice: Neto singled and then stole second and third in the seventh inning, but he wasn't brought home. The shortstop had gone 16 games without a stolen base, though he hit a respectable .264 (14-for-53) with seven extra-base hits in that span. For the season, Neto is slashing .254/.305/.413 with eight steals, six home runs, 18 RBI, 20 runs scored and 12 doubles over 203 plate appearances in a starting role.     Advice: Rojas has logged two steals over his last four games, giving him six thefts on the year. He was one of the Mariners' top hitters early in May, but he's gone a poor 6-for-47 (.128) over his last 15 contests, though three of the hits in that span have been doubles. Rojas' slump has him down to a .276/.345/.408 slash line with three home runs, 10 RBI and 17 runs scored across 168 plate appearances.     Ty France went 3-for-3 with three RBI including a go-ahead homer in the eighth to give the Mariners a 5-4 win against the Angels on Friday.

    Advice: Bonjour. France drove in two runs with a double in the first, and then broke a 4-4 tie with a homer off Andrew Moore. The 29-year-old got off to a very mediocre start, but he’s swung the bat well enough as of late to improve his slash to .260/.325/.411 with seven homers and 24 RBI.     Ezequiel Tovar went 3-for-4 with a solo homer in a win Friday against the Dodgers.

    Advice: Tovar gave the Rockies a 4-0 lead with a solo homer in the fourth off Walker Buehler. The shortstop has homered eight times in 2024 with five of them coming in May.
