      Advice: Garcia was briefly bumped down the order last weekend, but he hasn't really rebounded since returning to the leadoff spot for the last five games. His multi-hit effort Friday was his first since June 14 and just his third such game in June, a month in which he's batting .153 (15-for-98). The infielder is now at a .234/.288/.347 slash line with five home runs, 40 RBI, 51 runs scored and 21 steals over 82 contests, with his speed being the biggest upside in his game this year.       Advice: Rooker has homered twice over the last three games and has knocked seven extra-base hits over his last 16 contests. The 29-year-old's homer Friday was his 15th of the season, putting him just slightly behind the pace to match his 30-homer campaign from 2023.       Advice: The second baseman took Ronel Blanco deep in the sixth inning, the third of three Mets homers on the night. It was McNeil's first long ball since May 22, snapping a 23-game power outage, and the performance was his first three-hit game since May 7. He'll need more than one good game to earn the trust of fantasy GMs again, however -- on the season, McNeil is slashing a feeble .212/.283/.312 with four home runs, four steals, 19 RBI and 31 runs in 72 contests.       Cal Raleigh picked up an RBI on a fielder’s choice to give the Mariners a 3-2 win over the Twins on Friday.

      Advice: The Mariners scored all of their runs in bizarre fashion Friday, and Raleigh made sure the game-winner was a dribbler that was good enough to score J.P. Crawford from third and give Seattle the win. The 27-year-old backstop has really struggled to hit for average, but has helped as a ron-producer with 50 RBI in through the first 84 games of the year.       Jeff McNeil went 3-for-4 with a three-run homer and two runs scored in the Mets’ 7-2 win over the Astros on Friday.

      Advice: McNeil has been waiting all season for a game like this. The home run was his first at Citi Field since September 24th of last year and oddly his first long ball this season outside the state of Ohio. The signs of life are encouraging, but McNeil’s batting average still sits at a lowly .221.       Austin Riley went 1-for-4 with a solo home run, walk, and two runs scored on Friday against the Pirates.

      Eflin (4-5) earned the win against the Nationals on Friday, allowing four hits and one walk while striking out six over six scoreless innings.

      Advice: Eflin threw 66 of 93 pitches for strikes and earned his first victory since May 13 and first quality start since May 7. The 30-year-old has now recorded at least six strikeouts over each of his past three outings and has only walked three batters in 28.1 June innings.       Zach Eflin was terrific in Friday night’s victory over the Nationals, punching out six batters over six innings of shutout baseball.

      Advice: Eflin scattered just four hits and one walk on the night. Only once did an opposing hitter advance past second base in the game, and that was Jacob Young who advanced to third on a ground ball after his leadoff double in the third inning and was then thrown out at home on a fielder’s choice. The 30-year-old right-hander generated 11 swings and misses on 93 pitches in the ballgame — five of those on his curveball — while posting a CSW of 29 percent.       Sanchez (6-3) earned the win against the Marlins on Friday, allowing three hits and no walks in a complete-game shutout while striking out nine.

      Advice: Sanchez was dominant, allowing only singles and generating 16 swinging strikes on 101 pitches in his first career complete-game shutout. Since June 17, the southpaw has won three straight contests and surrendered just one earned run over 23 innings with an 18:1 K:BB.
