      Holmes allowed two hits in one-third of an inning, taking a blown save in Tuesday's 4-3 loss to the Angels.

      Advice: Holmes inherited two runners from Luke Weaver and allowed both to score on a Taylor Ward double that flipped the Yankees' one-run lead to a one-run deficit. While he wasn't charged with either run, Holmes ended up taking his third blown save of the season, two of which have come in his last four outings. Despite the recent troubles, he's still at a 1.54 ERA and 26:6 K:BB this year, though his 1.24 WHIP is less encouraging. Holmes is still the Yankees' top closing option with 15 saves on the season.     • Clay Holmes takes blown save against Angels
      Clay Holmes took his third blown save after giving up two hits in the eighth Tuesday against the Angels.

      Advice: Holmes wasn’t charged with a run. He was brought in after setup man extraordinaire Luke Weaver got into trouble in a 3-2 game in the eighth and gave up a two-run double to Taylor Ward to blow the lead. He then allowed a soft infield single versus the shift before finishing the inning. Obviously, it would have been nice if Holmes couldn’t have gotten out of the jam here, but allowing one well-hit ball doesn’t reflect all that poorly on him. Rotoworld Yesterday, 10:28 pm

      Ramirez went 2-for-3 with a two-run home run, two walks and four total runs scored in Tuesday's 13-7 win over the Rockies.

      Advice: Ramirez has five multi-hit efforts, five homers and 15 RBI over his last seven contests. He opened the scoring in the first inning with his team-leading 16th homer of the campaign. The third baseman has added a major-league-best 56 RBI with 41 runs scored, eight stolen bases and a .272/.328/.558 slash line over 54 games this season.     • José Ramírez homers, scores four times in victory
      José Ramírez homered, doubled, walked twice and scored four runs against the Rockies on Tuesday.

      Advice: Ramírez has spent most of the year with a slash line well below his usual standards, but going 16-for-44 with seven homers and six doubles in his last 11 games has pushed him up to .272/.328/.558, and he now has eight more RBI (56) than anyone else in the majors.       Jurickson Profar had a two-run homer and an RBI single to drive in three of the Padres’ four runs Tuesday against the Marlins.

      Advice: We’re still not sure what’s gotten into Profar, but he’s hitting the ball harder than ever and he’s currently boasting a .354 BABIP that’s nearly 90 points better than his career mark.     • Willy Adames drives in clutch run to force extras
      Willy Adames went 1-for-4 with an RBI in Tuesday’s loss to the Cubs.

      Advice: Adames came up clutch with a two-out, two-strike single in the bottom of the ninth to drive in Christian Yelich and tie the game at 1-1, forcing extra innings. It was Adames’ lone hit of the night, but it did extend his hitting streak to his seven games. He’s now totaled 10 hits in his last 28 at-bats. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:07 pm
       
    • Tyler Glasnow strikes out eight in no-decision
      Tyler Glasnow struck out eight and allowed two runs over seven innings on Tuesday in a no-decision against the Mets.

      Advice: Glasnow did his job in the front-end of Tuesday’s twin bill at Citi Field, limiting New York’s offense to just a third-inning homer by Francisco Lindor over seven strong frames of work. The hard-throwing 30-year-old righty notched at least eight punchouts for the seventh time in 12 starts this season, while also matching a season-high with four walks. He generated 15 swinging strikes and finished with a lackluster 27 percent CSW. It wasn’t his most dominant outing of his Dodgers debut, but he remains one of the few elite starters left healthy in the entire fantasy landscape. He’ll carry a stellar 3.04 ERA, 0.91 WHIP and 95/21 K/BB ratio across 74 innings (12 starts) into a road tilt next Tuesday against his former team in Pittsburgh. Rotoworld Yesterday, 3:57 pm

      Adames went 2-for-4 with a three-run homer in Monday's victory over the Cubs.

      Advice: Adames popped his first home run since May 7 when he crushed a 427-foot, three-run shot off Hayden Wesneski in the eighth inning. The Brewers shortstop hopes the homer turns his month around, as he entered the game slashing .213/.253/.404 over 99 plate appearances in May. Overall, Adames is hitting .249/.322/.440 with eight home runs, 27 runs scored and 35 RBI in 233 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Monday, 5:38 pm

      Cody Bellinger went 2-for-4 against the Brewers on Monday.



      Advice: It was a quiet day for the Cubs offense as they could only muster one run. Bellinger, however, has been hot at the plate since a slow start early this season. He’s 31-for-104 (.298) since April 13th.
