    • Goes yard again
Ramirez went 1-for-4 with a solo home run during Monday's 2-1 win over the Tigers.

Advice: Ramirez provided the go-ahead run in the sixth inning, tagging Jack Flaherty for a solo homer. Ramirez has now generated a home run in back-to-back games but is still trying to dig his way out of a slump. In his last 10 appearances, Ramirez is 5-for-35 (.143) with five RBI, five runs scored and no multi-hit games. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:17 pm
    • José Ramírez homers in second-straight game
José Ramírez went 1-for-4 with a home run in Monday’s 2-1 win over the Tigers.

Advice: Ramírez’s go-ahead home run came in the sixth inning as it hugged the right side of the diamond and hit the foul pole. It was a much-needed run for Cleveland who are now 23-12 through its first 35 games of the season — the team’s best start since 2011. The 31-year-old is slashing .232/.280/.435 with seven home runs and 28 RBI this season. Rotoworld Yesterday, 5:40 pm
    • Filling bench role Monday
Black is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Royals.

Advice: After being called up from Triple-A Nashville last Tuesday, Black worked in a reserve role for his MLB debut that day but proceeded to start at first base or designated hitter in each of the Brewers' subsequent four contests. Black went 2-for-15 with seven strikeouts over those four starts, but the Brewers will likely give him some more time to right the ship as an everyday player, at least against right-handed pitching. The lefty-hitting Black will hit the bench against Royals southpaw Cole Ragans on Monday. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 1:38 pm

    • Homers, swipes bag
Ramirez went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run, an additional run scored and a stolen base in Sunday's 4-1 win over the Angels.

Advice: Ramirez took Griffin Canning yard in the sixth inning, getting the Guardians on the board and plating Andres Gimenez. The long ball was his sixth of the campaign, a total that trails only Josh Naylor -- who also homered Sunday -- for the team lead. He also notched his fifth stolen base, each of which have come in his last 15 games. Rotowire.com Sunday, 4:28 pm
    • Snaps team scoreless streak
Steer went 1-for-4 with an RBI and a stolen base in Saturday's 2-1 loss to the Orioles.

Advice: Steer's ninth-inning single plated Cincinnati's lone run, marked his team-leading 23rd RBI and snapped the club's 26-inning scoreless streak at home. The Reds started five players batting .200 or lower and have had issues scoring of late, batting .185 with 78 strikeouts over the last eight games (six losses). Steer's .333 average and .639 slugging with runners in scoring position could be more helpful if the Reds can get on base in front of him. The club ranks 27th in MLB with a .292 on-base percentage. • Clubs solo homer
Steer went 1-for-4 with a solo home run and a stolen base during Wednesday's 6-2 loss to San Diego.

Advice: Steer advanced to a perfect 8-for-8 on steal attempts this season and belted his fourth home run of the campaign -- and his first since April 6 -- off of Joe Musgrove in the first inning. He's cooled off since going on a tear to open the season and is batting 5-for-40 (.125) with four RBi and three runs scored during his last 11 games. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 9:37 pm

    • Spencer Steer snaps homerless streak Wednesday
Spencer Steer clobbered a solo homer on Wednesday in the Reds’ loss to the Padres.

Advice: Steer kicked off the scoring with a solo shot to left-center field -- his fourth round-tripper of the season -- off Padres starter Joe Musgrove in the opening frame. It was the first time he’s gone deep since April 6, snapping a bizarre 22-game homerless drought. The versatile 26-year-old on-base machine is batting .252/.364/.450 with 18 runs scored, four homers, 22 RBI and eight stolen bases through 31 contests. Rotoworld Wednesday, 3:47 pm

    • Tyler Black batting cleanup in first MLB start
Tyler Black is batting cleanup and playing first base in his first MLB start against the Rays on Wednesday.

Advice: The Brewers’ No. 4 prospect will be thrown into an opportune spot in his first major league start. Black got his first taste of the big leagues on Tuesday when he came in as a pinch hitter and went 2-for-4 with a double and a run. The 25-year-old came to Milwaukee batting .303 with five homers and three steals at Triple-A Nashville this season and is absolutely worth stashing in all fantasy formats given his power and speed if he’s still available. • Tallies two hits in debut
Black went 2-for-4 and scored a run during Tuesday's win over Tampa Bay.

Advice: Black was not in the Brewers' starting lineup Tuesday, but he ended up serving as the designated hitter for most of the game after Gary Sanchez (hamstring) was removed from the game in the first inning. Black doubled and singled in his first two MLB at-bats, and he was able to score his first run in the big leagues thanks to a fifth-inning Willy Adames homer. The 23-year-old infielder will likely see the field most often versus right-handed starters, though he showed he can hold his own against lefties Tuesday, as both of his hits Tuesday came off of southpaws.
