      Bryce Harper went 3-for-3 with a grand slam in a 10-1 win over the Blue Jays on Tuesday.

      Advice: Harper took a fourth inning pitch from Jose Berrios and hit it 360 feet for a grand slam that left the bat at 95.4 mph and would have been a home run in only two stadiums. Of course, Harper isn’t complaining and neither are his fantasy managers. The 31-year-old is now up to nine home runs and 28 RBI on the season and remains one of the most valuable hitters in fantasy.       Contreras fractured his left arm during Tuesday's game against the Mets, Jeff Jones of the Belleville News-Democrat reports.

      Advice: Contreras had to leave Tuesday's contest in the second inning after his arm was struck by a J.D. Martinez swing. He will almost certainly spend an extended period of time on the injured list, leaving Ivan Herrera as the Cardinals' new primary catcher.       Advice: Brutal. Contreras was struck directly on the left forearm by a swing, not a backswing, from Mets designated hitter J.D. Martinez and was immediately lifted from the contest. The 31-year-old backstop is facing a lengthy absence, which is a significant loss for the Cardinals, and fantasy managers as well.       Advice: Contreras was in serious pain after taking a J.D. Martinez swing, not a backswing, directly to the left forearm area just below his elbow. We hate to speculate here, but it didn’t look good. There should be an update on his status at some time later this evening following some imaging, but he’s likely going to wind up missing some time.
