      Advice: The first baseman continues to make consistent hard contact. Guerrero hasn't gone two straight games without a hit since late April, and over his last 30 contests he's slashing .368/.452/.479. He's still not providing the power expected of him and has just seven doubles and two homers during that stretch, and while he's in the 98th percentile in average exit velocity at 94.2 mph and 99th percentile in hard-hit rate this season, an average launch angle of 6.1 degrees -- down from 10.5 degrees last year -- is limiting his fantasy production.       Ohtani went 1-for-3 with a walk and a stolen base in Saturday's 4-1 win over the Rockies.

      Advice: Ohtani had gone seven games without a steal, and he hit just .167 (5-for-30) over that span. That's a rare cold spell for one of baseball's best players, who continues to do it all out of the No. 2 hole for the Dodgers.       Greene allowed five runs on three hits and five walks while striking out five batters over six innings in a no-decision against the Cubs on Saturday.

      Advice: Greene was staked to an early 4-0 lead but gave it all back when he served up a grand slam to Seiya Suzuki in the bottom of the second inning. All three runners on base for the big homer had reached via walk, so Greene's wildness played a big part in his poor stat line. This was the second time the right-hander has walked five batters in a contest this season, and his 30 free passes on the campaign are fourth-most in the majors.       Hunter Greene allowed five runs in six innings and got a no-decision against the Cubs on Saturday.



      Advice: Greene gave up three hits, walked five and struck out five. He had won two of his previous three starts and hadn’t allowed more than three earned runs in his last six starts. Greene only allowed three hits but one of them was a grand slam off the bat of Seiya Suzuki. His ERA is up to 3.44 on the season now. He’ll get another chance against the Cubs at home next week.

      Pasquantino went 3-for-5 with a two-run home run, an additional RBI and a double in Saturday's 7-3 loss to the Padres.

      Advice: Pasquantino twice gave the Royals a lead, first with a first-inning homer and then with an RBI single in the third, but that was the extent of the team's run production. The first baseman is heating up with three straight multi-hit efforts. He's gone 7-for-15 with four extra-base hits and six RBI in that span after batting just .148 over a 16-game stretch with no multi-hit performances. For the season, Pasquantino is slashing .242/.317/.434 with seven homers, 39 RBI, 27 runs scored, 15 doubles, one triple and no stolen bases through 56 contests.       Thairo Estrada was held out of the Giants’ starting lineup on Saturday night due to a sore left thumb.

      Willy Adames drove in three runs including the game-winner in the 10th to give the Brewers a 4-3 win over the White Sox on Saturday.

      Advice: Adames had three hits in the contest, and the biggest was a game-winning infield single off Michael Kopech in the bottom of the 10th. Adames has been an RBI machine throughout the year, and is already up to 42 on the season.     • Pasquantino drives in three with homer in loss
      Vinnie Pasquantino homered and drove in three runs in a loss for the Royals to the Padres on Saturday.

      Advice: Pasquantino hit a two-run shot off Randy Vasquez in the first inning to give Kansas City a 2-1 lead, and he gave the Royals another lead with an RBI single two innings later. The 26-year-old has driven home 39 runs over KC’s 60 games, and the homer was his seventh. The .242 average leaves a bit to be desired, but Pasquantino is capable of helping in several categories with his left-handed bat, as evidenced by this showing Saturday.       Estrada is considered day-to-day after jamming his thumb during Friday's game against the Yankees, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

      Advice: Saturday's absence from the lineup is more than just a day off for the second baseman, who suffered a minor thumb injury in the series opener against New York. Estrada was deemed day-to-day and won't have the benefit of a team-wide rest day until Thursday. If Estrada is forced to miss more time, Brett Wisely would likely fill the gap at second.
