He's now tallied a hit in each of his last three games and has five RBI over that span after going on a mini slump to end the month of April.       Jackson Merrill went 2-for-4 with a two-run homer in a loss to the Diamondbacks.

      Advice: The rookie launched a 394-foot home run in the second inning and also had a 102.4 mph single later in the game. Merrill is more of a contact-oriented hitter, so the exit velocities are nice to see as we dream on his power upside. The 21-year-old is slashing .284/.333/.388 with two home runs and 16 RBI on the year.       Bobby Witt Jr. walked twice and also stole a base on Saturday in the Royals’ lopsided defeat at the hands of the Rangers.

      Advice: Witt is already up to 11 stolen bases on the season and continues to cement his status as one of the elite five-category impact contributors in the fantasy landscape. The 23-year-old superstar shortstop boasts a robust .313/.367/.530 triple-slash line with 29 runs scored, four homers, 19 RBI and 11 thefts in 147 plate appearances over 34 games.       Witt went 1-for-4 with one RBI, one stolen base and one run scored in Friday's 7-1 win over the Rangers.

      Advice: Witt's RBI single put the Royals up 3-1 in the seventh inning. He then stole second and scored on a Salvador Perez three-run home run. Witt is one of seven players to reach double-digit steals so far this season, though he's also been caught four times, most among those players.       Jackson Merrill went 0-for-4 with a strikeout on Wednesday in the Padres’ win over the Reds.

      Advice: Don’t look now, but Merrill has gone 0-for-19 in six contests over the last week. The 21-year-old top prospect looked extremely impressive at the outset of the season in his Padres debut, but has hit a frosty stretch at the dish of late, which also coincides with a nagging groin issue that he’s been playing through. The shortstop is up to nine steals on 12 attempts on the year. He's added a .306/.351/.537 slash line with four home runs, 16 RBI, 24 runs scored, eight doubles and four triples over 30 contests.
