    • Logan O’Hoppe out Sunday with hand contusion
Logan O’Hoppe (hand) is not in the starting lineup for Sunday’s game against the Guardians.

Advice: O’Hoppe is going to miss at least one more game after he was hit with a foul ball during Saturday’s contest against Cleveland and he was forced to exit. Matt Thaiss gets the start behind the plate and will hit seventh. O’Hoppe should be considered day-to-day. Rotoworld Today, 7:58 am
    • Not starting Sunday
O'Hoppe (hand) is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Guardians.

Advice: As expected, O'Hoppe will be on the bench for the day game to close out the series in Cleveland after he exited Saturday's 7-1 loss with a right hand contusion. Matt Thaiss will step in behind the plate for O'Hoppe, who should be viewed as day-to-day heading into Monday's series opener in Pittsburgh. Rotowire.com Today, 7:50 am
    • Crushed by Rangers
Wacha (1-4) took the loss against Texas on Saturday, allowing seven runs on nine hits and one walk while striking out three batters over 3.2 innings.

Advice: Wacha exited with two outs in the fourth inning after giving up singles to four of the final five batters he faced. The seven runs were a season high for the right-hander, while his three punchouts tied a season low. Wacha was doing fine with a 3.81 ERA through his first five starts this season, but that number has since ballooned to 5.50 as a result of the veteran hurler giving up 11 earned runs over 9.1 innings across his past two appearances. • Michael Wacha lit up for seven runs in loss
Michael Wacha was torched for a season-high seven runs over 3 2/3 innings on Saturday in a loss to the Rangers.

Advice: Wacha was lit up for nine hits in this one, which makes it even more remarkable that none of them wound up leaving the yard. The 32-year-old righty struck out three and only issued one walk. He’ll aim for better results his next time out on Thursday against the Angels in Los Angeles. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:48 pm
    • Ejected from Saturday's win
Judge went 2-for-4 with a double, two runs scored and an RBI before being ejected for arguing balls and strikes in the seventh inning of Saturday's 5-3 win over the Tigers.

Advice: Home plate umpire Ryan Blakney was generous with strike calls on pitches off the plate all day, and Judge's muttering as he walked back to the dugout after getting rung up for a second time got him tossed. Per Joe Trezza of MLB.com, it was the first ejection of Judge's career -- at any level of baseball. He still made an impact in the win, and while the 32-year-old slugger has had a slow start to the season, he's produced three multi-hit performances, two homers and six RBI in his last eight games. • Logan O’Hoppe diagnosed with right hand contusion
The Angels announced that Logan O’Hoppe was diagnosed with a right hand contusion after exiting Saturday’s game against the Guardians.

Advice: It sounds like the 24-year-old backstop was fortunate to avoid any fractures after he had his had hit by a foul ball during Saturday’s game against the Guardians. He may need a day or two off to deal with pain and swelling, but shouldn’t be looking at any sort of extended absence. Rotoworld Yesterday, 4:41 pm
    • Exits game with hand contusion
O'Hoppe was removed from Saturday's game against the Guardians with a right hand contusion, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.

Advice: O'Hoppe took a foul tip off his throwing hand in the bottom of the fourth inning. He initially remained in the game -- striking out in the top of the fifth -- before exiting prior to the bottom of the fifth. X-rays came back negative, so O'Hoppe can safely be called day-to-day. With an afternoon game coming Sunday, he would seem to be a safe bet to miss at least that contest. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 4:36 pm
    • Logan O’Hoppe exits game with hand injury Saturday
Logan O’Hoppe was removed from Saturday’s contest against the Guardians with a right hand injury.

Advice: O’Hoppe was clipped on the hand by a foul ball while behind the plate in the fourth inning on Saturday and appeared to be in quite a bit of pain. He’ll presumably head for X-rays to see if there’s any structural damage. Stay tuned. Rotoworld Yesterday, 4:32 pm
    • Aaron Judge ejected for first time in career
Aaron Judge was ejected for arguing balls and strikes during Saturday’s game against the Tigers. He went 2-for-4 with an RBI and two runs scored before exiting.

Advice: That’s the first time Judge has been ejected from a game in his MLB career. Judge appeared to judge — pun intended — the pitch correctly, as the offering appeared to be quite a bit outside of the strike zone. Trent Grisham has taken over in center. It’s unlikely Judge will face further discipline. Rotoworld Yesterday, 12:38 pm
