Hall’s 46 pitches were his high total in four appearances since he restarted his rehab assignment on June 13.     Allan Winans struck out nine over six scoreless innings for Triple-A Gwinnett on Tuesday.

    Advice: Winans is on some kind of roll at that moment; his last four starts have seen him allow one earned run and post a 34/4 K/BB in 25 innings.
