    • Retreating to bench
Rosario is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Red Sox.

Advice: Rosario will head to the bench after he had started in each of the previous four games while seeing time at three different spots in the infield (second base, third base and shortstop). Though the right-handed-hitting Rosario should remain a mainstay in the lineup versus lefties, his opportunities to play against right-handed pitching could be more limited moving forward after the Rays activated the lefty-hitting Jonathan Aranda from the injured list Tuesday. • Ronel Blanco receives 10-game suspension
Ronel Blanco was given a 10-game suspension after umpires detected a foreign substance on his glove during a check after the third inning on Tuesday.

Advice: As anticipated, the 30-year-old hurler plans to appeal the suspension. That appeal should be heard relatively quickly, so expect a decision to come down perhaps before the end of the week. Regardless, fantasy managers should have a contingency plan in place for next week. Rotoworld 9 minutes ago
    • Returns to bench
Jackson is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game in Boston.

Advice: Jackson had started at catcher in five of the past six games, but he went hitless with 11 strikeouts and one walk across 14 plate appearances during that stretch. Despite his hefty workload of late, Jackson still looks to be the No. 2 option at catcher behind Ben Rortvedt, who is back in the lineup Wednesday. Rotowire.com 9 minutes ago
    • Taking seat
Meyers is absent from the lineup for Wednesday's game versus the Athletics.

Advice: Joey Loperfido will get the call in center field while Meyers gets some rest. Meyers has had a productive May to this point, putting up an .823 OPS with a couple stolen bases. Rotowire.com 11 minutes ago

    • Not in Wednesday's lineup
Singleton is not in the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Athletics.

Advice: Singleton has taken over as the Astros' regular first baseman since Jose Abreu's demotion, but he'll begin this one on the bench. Mauricio Dubon is getting the start at first base Wednesday. Rotowire.com 15 minutes ago

    • Austin Riley (side) still out of action Wednesday
Austin Riley (side) remains out of the Braves’ starting lineup for Wednesday nights matchup against the CUbs.

Advice: It’ll be the third straight game that the 27-year-old slugger has missed since leaving Sunday’s contest with inflammation in his left side. Once again, Zack Short will draw a start at third base and will bat ninth against right-hander Javier Assad and the Cubs. Rotoworld 16 minutes ago

    • Adley Rutschman hits walkoff homer to down Jays
Adley Rutschman hit a two-run homer in the bottom of the ninth to give the Orioles a 3-2 win over the Blue Jays on Wednesday.

Advice: It was a towering blast, but it traveled only 345 feet, and a fan interfered with the ball over the fence, though it was correctly decided that it would have been a homer anyway. Statcast said it would have left nine of the 30 ballparks. It was Rutschman’s second career walkoff homer. He has four homers in his last three games after totaling five in his first 37. His OPS has jumped from .781 to .859 as a result of those three games. Rotoworld 16 minutes ago

    • Kyle Bradish lifted after four versus Blue Jays
Kyle Bradish was lifted after allowing two runs in four innings Wednesday versus the Blue Jays.

Advice: Bradish had a quick first, but everything afterwards was a slog; it took him 75 pitches to get his last nine outs after he needed just 10 to get the first three. Bradish still hasn’t pitched more than five innings in three starts since returning from an elbow injury, but he has a 2.63 ERA and the Orioles have prevailed in each of his outings. • Yusei Kikuchi strikes out nine against Orioles
Yusei Kikuchi fanned nine while allowing one run in 4 1/3 innings Wednesday against the Orioles.

Advice: The Jays might have preferred more length from Kikuchi today, though going to the pen early didn’t hurt them at all; the middle-relief corps pitched 3 2/3 scoreless innings before Jordan Romano blew the game in the ninth. This matches Kikuchi’s shortest start of the year. He has a 2.60 ERA and a 55/10 K/BB through nine starts. Rotoworld 16 minutes ago
