      Advice: It’s a notable development that Lewis is making his fourth straight start after being eased back into game action last week following a lengthy absence due to a severe quad injury. He then added a single in the eighth. Candelario has been mashing in June, hitting .340 with five homers and 11 RBI through 11 contests. While Candelario's .243 season average still isn't great, he now has 11 home runs and 31 RBI in 248 plate appearances and is hitting in the heart of a hot Reds lineup.       Jeimer Candelario blasted a pair of homers and drove in four runs on Wednesday night, accounting for all of the Reds’ offense in a 4-2 victory over the Guardians.

      Advice: The 30-year-old infielder opened the scoring in the contest with a 404-foot (104.1 mph EV) solo shot off of Tanner Bibee. He then put the Reds ahead to stay with a 343-foot (96.9 mph EV) three-run blast that chased Bibee from the game in the sixth inning. The 25-year-old burgeoning slugger has launched four homers in eight games since returning from the injured list back on June 4.       Jeimer Candelario went 1-for-4 with an RBI in a loss to the Guardians on Tuesday.

      Advice: Candelario got the scoring started with a run-scoring double off of Triston McKenzie in the first inning for his 27th RBI of the season. The 30-year-old has been picking it up of late, slashing .277/.338/.585 over his last 16 games with five home runs, nine runs, nine RBI, and two steals. Given his big contract in the offseason, he figures to remain in the Reds lineup every day even when Noelvi Marte comes back, shifting back to being the primary first baseman.
