    • Clobbers homer
Lowe went 2-for-5 with a two-run home run and an RBI single during Wednesday's 6-5 loss to the Brewers in 10 innings.

Advice: Lowe teed off on Dallas Keuchel Wednesday, tagging the Brewers' starter for an RBI single in the second inning before launching a two-run shot off Keuchel in the fourth. The long ball was Lowe's first in 37 games and his third of the campaign. He's batting .257 with nine runs and seven RBI over 23 games in June. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:10 pm
    • Smashes grand slam
Bauers went 1-for-4 with a grand slam during Wednesday's 6-5 win over the Rangers in 10 innings.

Advice: Bauers got the Brewers on the board in the third inning, plating Jackson Chourio, Christian Yelich and Willy Adames on a grand slam off Nathan Eovaldi. The grand slam was the second of Bauers' career. Though he's been splitting time with Rhys Hoskins at first base, Bauers is batting .273 with nine RBI and seven runs in his last 18 games. • Homers, steals base in loss
Arias went 2-for-3 with a solo home run and a stolen base against Baltimore in a loss Wednesday.

Advice: Arias accounted for two of Cleveland's five hits in the defeat and plated the team's final run with his fifth-inning solo homer. The utility man has perked up at the plate of late, batting an even .400 (10-for-25) with a pair of long balls and five RBI over his past nine games. Arias missed some time due to a family medical emergency during that span and isn't an everyday player for the Guardians, so the hot stretch extends back to the beginning of June. • Homers in first big-league at-bat
Noel went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Wednesday's loss to the Orioles.

Advice: Noel enjoyed a storybook first big-league plate appearance, blasting a solo shot 413 feet to center field. The 22-year-old was promoted from Triple-A earlier in the day after blazing to a .295/.359/.578 slash line with 18 homers and 59 RBI over 65 games with Columbus. Noel's power is unquestioned -- he went deep 27 times at Triple-A last season -- though he has had some strikeout issues during his time in the minors. There isn't an obvious path to everyday at-bats with the big club, but if Joel is productive, he could work his way into fairly regular playing time by moving between first base, the corner-outfield spots and designated hitter. • Jhonkensy Noel homers in first MLB at-bat
Jhonkensy Noel went 1-for-4 with his first major league home run on Wednesday against the Orioles.

Advice: What a moment for Noel to send one over the fence in his first at-bat as a big leaguer. He put up 18 homers, a .578 slugging percentage, and had three batted balls over 115 MPH in 65 games at AAA this year, so power is his calling card. Josh Naylor is the Guardians’ every day first baseman, but David Fry has faltered in June and played a good bit of corner outfield and catcher along with being the Guardians’ usual DH. Noel may have an opportunity to prove himself over the next few weeks. Rotoworld Yesterday, 6:10 pm

    • Taking seat Wednesday
Biggio is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the White Sox.

Advice: The lefty-hitting Biggio has typically only sat against left-handed starting pitchers since joining the Dodgers earlier this month, but he'll hit the bench Wednesday while right-hander Erick Fedde takes the hill for the White Sox. Enrique Hernandez steps in for Biggio at third base. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 3:27 pm

    • Sitting during nightcap
Carpenter isn't in the Cardinals' lineup for the second game of Wednesday's doubleheader against Atlanta.

Advice: Carpenter went 1-for-1 with a single and a sacrifice fly during a loss in Game 1, and the Cardinals will give him a breather to conclude Wednesday's activities. Willson Contreras will instead serve as St. Louis' DH while Pedro Pages starts behind the plate. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 3:20 pm
    • Jake Bauers delivers grand slam in Brewers’ win
Jake Bauers hit a grand slam off Nathan Eovaldi as the Brewers edged the Rangers 6-5 in 10 innings Wednesday.

Advice: Midgame replacement Andruw Monasterio delivered the game-winning single in the bottom of the 10th. It was a little surprising to see Bauers start over Tyler Black today, but Pat Murphy seems to have made the right call. Bauers’ 444-foot slam was the first ever surrendered by Eovaldi. It was the second of his career, and his seventh homer in 192 plate appearances this season. Rotoworld Yesterday, 2:18 pm

    • Out again Wednesday
Urias is absent from the lineup for Wednesday's game versus the Guardians.

Advice: After making three straight starts at third base, Urias will hit the bench for the second game in a row. Jorge Mateo will pick up another start in the infield while Urias takes a seat. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 12:42 pm
