    • Stott has two hits, two steals in loss to Marlins
Bryson Stott went 2-for-2 with a double, two steals, and three walks in a loss to the Marlins on Sunday.

Advice: Neither of Stott’s hits were hit particularly hard, but he didn’t record a single out in five trips to the plate so nobody is mad about that. He’s been consistently hitting fifth in the order and is now batting .270/.370/.436 on the season with 10 steals. He’s been very useful to fantasy managers. Rotoworld Yesterday, 2:19 pm
    • Zack Wheeler tagged by Marlins on Sunday
Zack Wheeler allowed six runs on six hits in four innings in a no-decision against the Marlins on Sunday.

Advice: Wheeler allowed seven hard-hit balls in just four innings of work, including a three-run homer to Josh Bell. He posted just a 12 percent whiff rate and 15 percent CSW and was only able to land his sinker in the strike zone 32 percent of the time. It feels like just an off-game for Wheeler, whose velocity was fine. He’ll carry a 2.53 ERA into next week’s start against the Nationals. Rotoworld Yesterday, 2:11 pm
    • Two hits, RBI in loss
Gurriel went 2-for-5 with a double and an RBI in Saturday's 5-4 extra-innings loss to the Orioles.

Advice: Gurriel singled in the Diamondbacks' final run in the fifth inning. An earlier double extended a hit streak to four games, during which he's gone 6-for-18. The modest hit streak is a welcome sign for Gurriel, who endured a 2-for-37 slump over the nine previous games. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 5:54 am
    • Nails down sixth save
Romano gave up a hit and struck out two in a scoreless ninth inning Saturday to record his sixth save of the season in a 10-8 win over the Twins.

Advice: The right-hander stayed perfect in save situations on the season, but Saturday's performance was only the fifth time in nine appearances that Romano has avoided getting tagged with a run. His 4.15 ERA and 1.38 WHIP are well off from his usual standards, but his 8:2 K:BB through 8.2 innings isn't far from the mark, and his stuff appears to be fine -- he topped out at 99 mph with his fastball. • Swats homer Saturday
Arcia went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run and a walk in a 4-1 win against the Mets on Saturday.

Advice: Arcia tagged prized Mets rookie pitcher Christian Scott for a two-run blast in the third inning to give Atlanta an early lead. It was Arcia's second homer over his past three games after we went deep just twice over his first 33 contests of the campaign. The shortstop slugged a career-best 17 long balls last season. • Plates four runs
Stott went 2-for-5 with four RBI in Saturday's 8-3 victory over the Marlins.

Advice: Stott's bases-clearing triple in the sixth inning put the Phillies ahead for what turned out to be for good. He also added an RBI single in the eighth. It's the second four-RBI game for Stott over his last 10 contests, and he's batting .375 with a couple homers and 13 RBI over that span. Rotowire.com Saturday, 5:34 pm
    • Fans nine in no-decision
Criswell did not factor into the decision Saturday versus the Nationals, permitting two runs on three hits and a walk over five frames. He struck out nine.

Advice: Criswell was dinged by a couple solo home runs; one in the second inning by Joey Meneses and another in the fourth hit by Eddie Rosario. Aside from that, Criswell yielded only one other hit, and his nine punchouts were a career high. Criswell was pulled after five with his pitch count at just 79, as the Red Sox are continuing to keep a close eye on his workload as he transitions from the bullpen (he hasn't thrown more than 83 pitches in a start and has yet to record an out beyond the fifth inning). He's been awfully effective when on the bump, though, with his ERA actually going up to 2.10 after Saturday's outing. Criswell is slated to face his former club, the Rays, his next time out. • Orlando Arcia hits two-run homer against Mets
Orlando Arcia hit a two-run homer in a victory over the Mets on Saturday.

Advice: Arcia gave Atlanta a 2-0 lead with a two-run shot off an otherwise-effective Christian Scott in the third. The 29-year-old shortstop has homered four times in 2024 with 15 RBI. You can do worse from a middle-infield option. Rotoworld Saturday, 3:59 pm

    • Cooper Criswell whiffs nine in no-decision vs. WSH
Cooper Criswell struck out nine over five innings of two-run baseball against the Nationals on Saturday while picking up a no-decision.

Advice: Criswell allowed only three hits, but two of those were solo homers to make that number a smidgen less impressive. The right-hander did miss plenty of bats in this one, however, in what was another effective start for the 27-year-old. Criswell actually saw his ERA go “up” to 2.10 after this outing, and while he may not go deep, he’s worth considering against the Rays on Thursday. Rotoworld Saturday, 3:28 pm
