    Gavin Sheets homered, walked twice and scored three runs Friday against the Red Sox.

    Advice: Major league players had scored three runs in a game 159 times this season coming into the night, but this is the first time a White Sox player had done so. It’s also the first time Sheets has reached the mark in his 354 career games. It actually puts him at exactly 100 runs scored for his career. He’s been perfectly solid in hitting .235/.341/.417 for the White Sox.     Dylan Carlson went 2-for-4 with three RBI in an 8-5 win for St. Louis over the Rockies.

    Advice: Carlson singled home a run in the sixth, and that tied the game at 5-5. The outfielder gave the Cardinals an 8-5 lead two innings latter with a two-run double, and that’s the first two-bagger of the season for the 25-year-old. Carlson once looked like a potential fantasy stalwart, but injuries and inconsistent play have left him as a player that should be left on the waiver wire in the overwhelming majority of leagues.     Advice: Ah, the ole Little League grand slam. Toglia tripled with the bases loaded and came around to score on a Nolan Gorman error. The 25-year-old has shown some pop with a .407 slugging mark, but his .148 average and .179 on-base mark answer any questions about whether he’s worthy of fantasy consideration.     Advice: Flores opened the game's scoring with a solo blast in the second inning before going deep again in the fourth. He's knocked three home runs while driving in seven runs over his last two games. Before that, he was stuck in a 21-game homerless drought, during which he produced a .490 OPS.
