    • De La Cruz has three hits, home run against Boston
Elly De La Cruz went 3-for-5 with a solo home run against the Red Sox on Saturday.

Advice: De La Cruz’ home run was his 13th. He blasted a solo shot off Red Sox starter Nick Pivetta in the third inning. On the bases, he was held without a stolen base, though it wasn’t for lack of trying. De La Cruz was both caught stealing and picked off. He remains stuck on 37 stolen bases entering play Sunday. • Kwan has two hits, home run in win Saturday
Steven Kwan went 2-for-4 with a double and a home run against the Blue Jays on Saturday.

Advice: Is there anything Kwan can’t do? The home run was his sixth of the year and second in his last four games. After going 0-for-4 on Friday to snap his 14-game hitting streak, he bounced back with another two hits. Kwan has been one of the best hitters in the league. He’s hitting .390 with a 1.013 OPS on the season now. Rotoworld Today, 4:12 pm

    • Guarantees return Sunday
Profar (knee) is available off the bench Saturday against the Brewers and will "100 percent" be playing in Sunday's series finale, Jeff Sanders of The San Diego Union-Tribune reports.

Advice: Profar was removed from Friday's game with a left knee issue and was held out of the starting lineup Saturday. However, he'll be back in action Sunday and appears to have avoided significant injury. He's in the midst of a breakout campaign at the age of 31, slashing .320/.415/.483 with 10 home runs across 317 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Today, 1:49 pm

    • Held out of starting lineup
Profar (knee) is out of the lineup for Saturday's game against the Brewers.

Advice: Profar was removed for a pinch runner late in Friday's game due issues with his knee. Considering he's dealt with an injury to his left knee recently, his removal could be precautionary. However, Tyler Wade will fill left field Saturday. Rotowire.com Today, 1:19 pm

    • Jurickson Profar (knee) not in lineup on Saturday
Jurickson Profar (knee) is not in the Padres’ starting lineup for Saturday night’s matchup against the Brewers.

Advice: The 31-year-old outfielder aggravated his left knee injury during Friday’s battle against the Brewers. The good news is that he hasn’t been placed on the injured list. Profar has been playing through the knee issue for a while now and believes that he’ll be able to return to the lineup for Sunday’s series finale. He’s considered day-to-day. • Kyle Tucker (shin) hasn’t resumed baseball activity
MLB.com’s Brian McTaggart reports Kyle Tucker (shin) has yet to resume baseball activities.

Advice: Tucker is still walking with a limp and has yet to resume any baseball activities at this juncture. There was some optimism earlier this week that he was getting close, but clearly is still going to need some extra time to recover. There isn’t a definitive timeline for his return to Houston’s lineup at this point. He’s been out since early June recovering from a shin contusion. It’s fair to wonder if he’s dealing with something more serious like a hairline fracture at this point. There should be some clarity on his status at some point in the near future. • Extends hitting streak with homer
Reynolds went 1-for-3 with a solo home run Friday against the Rays.

Advice: Reynolds was in jeopardy of having his hitting streak snapped but smacked his 11th homer of the season to begin the eighth inning. He now has a hit in 18 consecutive games, during which he's hit .342 with four long balls, 11 RBI and 11 runs scored. Rotowire.com Today, 7:44 am

    • Jurickson Profar dealing with left knee issue
Jurickson Profar was removed from Friday’s game against the Brewers with left knee patellar tendinitis.

Advice: Profar has been playing through patellar tendinitis in his left knee and appears to have re-aggravated the issue during Friday’s contest against the Brewers. The 31-year-old was lifted for a pinch-runner in the seventh inning and there’s wasn’t much of an update on his status following the contest. It wouldn’t be surprising to see him get a couple days off this weekend to rest and recover, so fantasy managers should be prepared. Rotoworld Today, 4:10 am
