Stone (7-2) earned the win over the Yankees on Saturday, allowing two runs on eight hits and two walks while striking out six batters over 5.2 innings.

Advice: It looked like Stone could be in for a rough outing when he allowed a single to each of the first two batters he faced in the first inning, but he recovered to retire Aaron Judge, Giancarlo Stanton and Anthony Rizzo without allowing a run to score. The right-hander allowed New York to plate one run in each of the following two frames, but he was able to navigate through 5.2 innings with just those two runs on his ledger. Stone needed some help when he departed with two outs and the bases full of Yankees in the sixth, and Alex Vesia provided that assistance by getting Anthony Volpe to fly out to end the threat. Stone has recorded a victory in seven of his past 10 starts and has given up more than two runs just once during that span. He's shining in his first full big-league season, recording a 2.93 ERA, 1.24 WHIP and 53:21 K:BB through 67.2 innings. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:27 pm

    • Gavin Stone holds Yankees to two runs in victory
Gavin Stone limited the Yankees to just two runs over 5 1/3 innings to get a win Saturday.

Advice: Things didn’t start particularly well for Stone, as he gave up a run in the second and then a solo homer in the third. After that, the 25-year-old held the Yankees off the board while picking up his seventh win of the season. He allowed eight hits, but he also struck out six while seeing his ERA bump up slightly to 2.93. Stone is another example of players who struggle in the first go-around who provide fantasy relevance. He gets the Royals next week, barring a change in the rotation order. Rotoworld Yesterday, 10:04 pm

    • Another pair of steals
Doyle went 1-for-4 with a walk, an RBI, a run scored and two stolen bases Saturday against the Cardinals.

Advice: Doyle notably hit second in the lineup for the first time since May 4, as Ezequiel Tovar shifted to third as the Rockies deal with several injuries to regular starters. Doyle delivered a strong line, highlighted by a pair of steals to bring his total on the season to 17. He also has two steals in two of his last three starts. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:03 pm

    • Fans seven in tough-luck loss
Bradley (1-4) took the loss against Baltimore on Saturday, allowing one run on three hits and one walk while striking out seven batters over five innings.

Advice: In his previous outing, Bradley was crushed by the Orioles for nine runs over 3.1 innings, so his performance Saturday was a promising turnaround. However, the strong effort didn't make a difference in the loss column, as Tampa Bay's offense was shut out by Kyle Bradish and a pair of Baltimore relievers. Despite the defeat, fantasy managers who roster Bradley should be encouraged by his start -- in addition to allowing just one run, he racked up 18 swinging strikes and walked only one batter. He now holds a 5.17 ERA, 1.18 WHIP and 39:10 K:BB over 31.1 innings on the season. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 6:01 pm
    • Diaz has two-hit game Saturday
Yandy Diaz went 2-for-4 against the Orioles on Saturday.

Advice: It was a quiet afternoon for the Rays as they were shutout. Diaz had the only two hits for Tampa Bay. After winning the batting title in the American League last year, he’s hitting just .245 so far this season. Diaz’ .273 BABIP this year is well below his .320 career BABIP. That doesn’t explain his lack of power this year as his .105 ISO is way down from his .192 ISO last season. Rotoworld Yesterday, 4:25 pm

    • Bradley strikes out seven in loss Saturday
Taj Bradley allowed one run in five innings and took the loss against the Orioles on Saturday.

Advice: Bradley gave up three hits, walked one and struck out seven. It was a strong performance from Bradley, but the Rays were shutout so he had no chance of getting the win. He’s completed six innings in only two of his six starts. While Bradley has a 5.17 ERA on the season, his xFIP is much lower at 3.46. He has 39 strikeouts in 31 1/3 innings. The 23-year-old right-hander is set to face the Cubs at home next week.

    • Rebounds vs. Atlanta
Gore (5-5) earned the win Saturday over Atlanta, allowing two runs on six hits and a walk over five innings. He struck out seven.

Advice: Gore delivered four shutout innings before he was ultimately charged with a run in each of the fifth and sixth innings. While he failed to make it through six innings for a third straight outing, it was a solid rebound effort from Gore after he was tagged for six runs in just 4.1 innings in his last start against the Mets. Overall, the 25-year-old southpaw sports a 3.57 ERA with a 1.37 WHIP and 81:22 K:BB across 68 innings this year. Gore's currently scheduled to face the Marlins at home in his next start. • MacKenzie Gore fans seven in win over Braves
MacKenzie Gore allowed two runs with seven strikeouts over five innings in a win over the Braves on Saturday.

Advice: Gore escaped a bases loaded jam in the first inning and worked four scoreless frames before the Braves brought a run across to score in the fifth. Gore started the sixth inning but was pulled after giving up a pair of base hits. One inherited runner would come in to score. The 25-year-old left hander struck out seven on an impressive 19 whiffs. He’ll take a 3.44 ERA, 1.37 WHIP, and an 81/22 K/BB ratio across 68 innings into a home start against the Marlins on Friday. Rotoworld Yesterday, 3:41 pm

    • Andrés Muñoz available in relief this weekend
Andrés Muñoz (back) is available for Saturday’s game against the Royals.

Advice: Muñoz has been dealing with a back strain that he tweaked during an on-field collision earlier this week and appears ready to return this weekend after getting through a couple bullpen sessions without any issues. Rotoworld Yesterday, 11:56 am
