Rutschman went 1-for-4 with a stolen base in Tuesday's 3-0 loss to the Nationals.

Advice: Rutschman had one of the Orioles' three hits in Tuesday's loss. He's gone 8-for-25 (.320) with four extra-base hits and four RBI over six games in May. Rutschman's steal was his first of the year -- speed is the one tool that doesn't show up much in his game. He's still putting together another excellent season with a .322/.359/.469 slash line, five home runs, 22 RBI and 20 runs scored over 34 contests, even with a walk rate at a career-low 5.3 percent. • Posts three hits in win
Ramirez went 3-for-4 with a double, two RBI and a run scored in Tuesday's 11-7 loss to the Tigers.

Advice: Ramirez endured an 0-for-17 slump over a five-game stretch from April 30 to May 4, but he's bounced back by going 5-for-11 with two homers and five RBI over his last three contests. That slump has still left a mark -- the third baseman is slashing .245/.290/.448 on the year with seven homers, 30 RBI, five steals and 24 runs scored through 155 plate appearances. He's on track to get back over the 100-RBI mark after missing out in 2023. Rotowire.com Today, 9:55 am

    • Nabs ninth save
Iglesias struck out one in a perfect ninth inning Tuesday to record his ninth save of the season in a 4-2 win over the Red Sox.

Advice: The right-hander topped out at 97.1 mph as he bounced back from a blown save in his last appearance Friday. Iglesias hasn't been as dominant as usual to begin the season, managing a 10:3 K:BB through 14.1 innings, but his 1.88 ERA and 0.98 WHIP have been stellar. With his velocity finally getting back to normal as the weather warms up, more strikeouts could soon follow. Rotowire.com Today, 8:32 am
    • Dominates Marlins over eight frames
Yamamoto improved to 4-1 in Tuesday's 8-2 win over the Marlins, allowing two runs on five hits while striking out five over eight innings.

Advice: Yamamoto gave up a first-pitch home run to Jazz Chisholm to open up the game and his only other blemish on the night came from another solo home run by Bryan De La Cruz in the sixth. He was incredibly efficient, needing 97 pitches to navigate through eight innings. It was his first time pitching past six innings as a major leaguer and he's now won four straight decisions since suffering a loss in his debut on March 21 versus the Padres in the Seoul Series. Removing the shaky outing in Korea, Yamamoto owns a 1.76 ERA, 0.90 WHIP and 45:7 K:BB in 41 innings this season. He'll look to keep rolling next week in a projected road matchup against the Giants. • Pops homer in win
Marte went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 6-2 win over Cincinnati.

Advice: Marte clubbed the second of back-to-back home runs in a four-run seventh inning that put the game out of reach. It was the second straight game with a home run for Marte, who extended a hitting streak to eight games. His seven long balls are tied for the team lead with Christian Walker. • Settles in after shaky start
Lugo didn't factor into the decision Tuesday against Milwaukee, allowing three runs on six hits and a walk over 6.2 innings. He struck out five.

Advice: Lugo gave up a hit and a walk in the first frame, then surrendered back-to-back homers to start the second. After that, however, Lugo retired nine straight batters and kept the Brewers off the scoreboard until the seventh inning. He was seemingly set up for his sixth win of the season with the Royals up 5-3 heading into the ninth, but Willy Adames took Lugo out of contention for the W with a go-ahead three-run home run. Lugo has pitched at least six innings in seven of his eight starts, and he's gone into the seventh five times. He's scheduled to make his next start Sunday against the Angels. • Goes yard at Wrigley Field
Profar went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run during Tuesday's 3-2 loss to the Cubs.

Advice: Profar was the only source of offense for the Padres, providing a two-run homer in the top of the eighth to put San Diego ahead 2-1. However, the Cubs scored a run apiece in the eighth and ninth to erase Profar's long ball and steal the win. At the age of 31, Profar is enjoying a breakout season, boasting a .958 OPS and a 179 WRC+ through 150 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:16 pm

    • Seth Lugo turns in quality start in no-decision
Seth Lugo yielded three runs in 6 2/3 innings Tuesday in a no-decision against the Brewers.

Advice: Lugo got just five missed swings tonight, but he wound up with five strikeouts anyway. Back-to-back homers from Rhys Hoskins and Joey Ortiz in the second inning accounted for most of the damage. Lugo will get the Angels on the road next time out. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:48 pm

    • Profar’s two-run homer not enough in loss to Cubs
Jurickson Profar went 1-for-4 with a home run and two RBI in Tuesday’s loss to the Cubs.

Advice: Profar blasted a two-run homer off of Shota Imanaga in the eighth inning to give the Padres a 2-1 lead after being stifled by Imanaga through the first seven frames. The veteran left field continues to stay hot at the plate, as he’s now 10-for-23 in the month of May with two homers and eight RBI. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:26 pm
