    • Continues to dominate
Imanaga (5-0) tossed seven scoreless innings to earn the win in Wednesday's 1-0 victory over the Mets. He allowed three hits and a walk, while striking out seven.

Advice: Imanaga continued the amazing start to his MLB career, as he now has a stellar 0.78 ERA across 34.2 innings to go along with 35 strikeouts. The lefty has allowed zero earned runs in four of his six appearances so far, and the most he's allowed in an outing was the two earned runs he gave up back on April 20. While it seems unlikely that Imanaga will be able to keep up this incredible pace, it does look like he's already cemented himself as a fantasy star this season. He'll look to keep rolling in his next scheduled start, which is penciled in for Tuesday against the Padres. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:07 pm
    • Shota Imanaga tosses seven shutout frames in win
Shota Imanaga tossed seven shutout innings with seven strikeouts in a win over the Mets on Wednesday.

Advice: Imanaga continues his impressive debut in the majors, making his best start yet on Wednesday with seven shutout frames against the Mets. He worked around three hits and one walk, generating 15 whiffs to strike out seven. The 30-year-old left-hander lowers his ERA to a microscopic 0.78 with a 0.75 WHIP and a 35/4 K/BB ratio across 34 2/3 innings. He lines up for a start against the Padres in Chicago on Monday. • Cleared to start Saturday
Glasnow (hand) is scheduled to start Saturday's game against Atlanta at Dodger Stadium, Eric Stephen of SBNation.com reports.

Advice: Glasnow experienced hand cramps in his most recent start April 27, but he'll be ready to go on six days' rest in a series featuring two of the National League's top teams. The right-hander has gotten off to an excellent start to his tenure with the Dodgers, going 5-1 with a 2.72 ERA, 0.93 WHIP and 53:12 K:BB across 43 innings through seven outings. • Blanks reds over five innings
Darvish (1-1) grabbed a win over the Reds on Tuesday, tossing five shutout innings while allowing just three hits in the outing. He struck three and did not walk a batter.

Advice: Darvish was finally able to pick up his first win of the season and help the Padres end a five-game losing streak. Tuesday was his first shutout effort since July 29 of last year. He was efficient, needing 70 pitches to get through five while inducing a bunch of weak contact. His strikeout numbers remain low in comparison to his career numbers, as he's now struck out three or fewer batters in three of his six starts so far. Still, Tuesday's outing was exactly what the Padres needed out of him, and he'll take a 3.45 ERA, 1.15 WHIP and 25:10 K:BB into his next outing, which projects to be against the Cubs at the beginning of next week. • Yu Darvish blanks Reds for five innings in win
Yu Darvish shut out the Reds for five innings to win Tuesday in his return from the injured list.

Advice: Darvish allowed three hits, walked none and struck out three in the 6-4 victory. It’s his first win in six starts this season, and it’s the first time he’s gone without allowing a run since last July 29 against the Rangers. He’ll face his previous club, the Cubs, next time out on Friday. Rotoworld Tuesday, 10:05 pm

    • Reinstated for Tuesday's start
The Padres activated Darvish (neck) from the 15-day injured list ahead of his start Tuesday against the Reds.

Advice: The veteran right-hander has been sidelined the past couple weeks with neck tightness, but he'll rejoin San Diego's rotation Tuesday after a minimum-length stay on the injured list. Darvish posted a 4.18 ERA, 1.27 WHIP and 22:10 K:BB across 23.2 innings through his first five starts of the season, and he could have some minor workload limitations in his first outing back with the Friars. • Padres activate Yu Darvish for start vs. Reds
Padres activated RHP Yu Darvish from the 15-day injured list.

Advice: Darvish returns following a brief two-week absence due to neck tightness. The 37-year-old right-hander will take the ball on Tuesday night against the Reds. He holds an underwhelming 4.18 ERA, 1.27 WHIP and 22/10 K/BB ratio across 23 2/3 innings (five starts) this season. Rotoworld Tuesday, 2:34 pm

    • Set for Tuesday return
Darvish (neck) will be activated from the 15-day injured list to start Tuesday's game against the Reds, AJ Cassavell of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Darvish landed on the IL on April 17 with neck tightness, but he'll be ready to return when first eligible after he checked out fine while throwing a bullpen session last Wednesday. Before his brief shutdown due to the injury, Darvish didn't display his best stuff through his first five outings of the 2024 campaign, posting a 4.18 ERA and 1.27 WHIP with 22 punchouts over 23.2 frames. • Andrew Abbott can’t overcome poor first in defeat
Andrew Abbott gave up four runs over five innings Sunday in a loss to the Rangers.

Advice: All of the runs scored in the first. Two came on an inside-the-park homer, but it was a legit inside-the-park homer and not one the defense could have done much about. The other two were produced by a regular old homer from Adolis García. Abbott went on to strike out seven and walk none, so this was a pretty solid day for him. He deserves better than a 1-3 record for his 3.27 ERA. Rotoworld Sunday, 3:42 pm
