      Advice: Suzuki’s only hit of the day left the yard, a game-tying homer in the fifth inning off of Hayden Birdsong.       Higashioka went 3-for-4 with two home runs and six RBI in Wednesday's 8-5 win against the Nationals.

      Advice: Higashioka drove in all but two of San Diego's eight runs. He swatted a two-run homer to kick off the scoring in the second inning and capped his offensive outburst with a grand slam in the eighth. The grand slam was the first of Higashioka's career, while the multi-homer effort was his fifth as a big-leaguer.       Advice: It’s very easy to forget that Álvarez is only 22-years-old. It’s even easier to forget he just missed nearly two months with a torn ligament in his left thumb.       Advice: Judge’s league-leading 30th long ball was the extent of the Yankees’ offense in this one. While the team is scuffling, Judge certainly hasn’t with nine home runs and 22 RBI in his last 15 games. Silly numbers from the most productive player in baseball.       Goldschmidt went 2-for-7 with a double, a walk, one RBI, one stolen base and two runs scored across both games of Wednesday's doubleheader versus Atlanta.

      Advice: While far from a breakout on offense, Goldschmidt has hit safely in nine straight games. In that span, he's gone 11-for-37 (.297) with a 3:12 BB:K, two home runs and five RBI. The first baseman's power and consistency are slowly returning, but he's still striking out at a 29.5 percent rate, his worst mark since his rookie year.       Donovan went 2-for-4 with one RBI and one stolen base in a 4-1 win over Atlanta in Game 2 of Wednesday's doubleheader.

      Advice: Donovan's eight-game hitting streak ended in the matinee with an 0-for-2 effort, but he bounced back in the nightcap, which was his eighth multi-hit effort in June. The 27-year-old also picked up his second steal of the campaign on his fifth attempt. Donovan is at a .270/.337/.419 slash line with eight home runs, 40 RBI and 35 runs scored across 74 contests. He's seen a majority of his playing time in left field but has also featured at second base, third base, right field and designated hitter as he continue to show some utility skills.       Arenado went 1-for-8 over both games of Wednesday's doubleheader versus Atlanta.

      Advice: Arenado played all 18 innings Wednesday at third base in his return from a left forearm injury. He didn't make much of an impact at the plate, but it's encouraging to see the 33-year-old play both halves of the twin bill. He's down to a .254/.310/.364 slash line with six home runs, 32 RBI, 26 runs scored and one stolen base over 73 contests this year. The Cardinals have occasionally used Brandon Crawford and Brendan Donovan at the hot corner, and they could continue to be an option there if Arenado is out of the lineup or limited to designated hitter at any point in the future, as his forearm issue is believed to be a lingering one.
