    • Logan O’Hoppe returns from hand injury Monday
Logan O’Hoppe (hand) is back in the starting lineup Monday against the Pirates.

Advice: O’Hoppe missed a couple of games with a contusion on his hand. He’ll hit hit fifth and be the starting catcher for the Halos against Mitch Keller and the Bucs. Rotoworld Yesterday, 1:21 pm
    • Back in lineup Monday
O'Hoppe (hand) will start at catcher and bat fifth in Monday's game in Pittsburgh, Erica Weston of Bally Sports West reports.

Advice: O'Hoppe exited Saturday's game against the Guardians after taking a foul tip off his right hand, but X-rays came back clean and he's ready to roll after resting Sunday. The young catcher is slashing .260/.317/.396 with two home runs over 29 games for the Angels this season. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:49 am
    • Taking seat Sunday
Wong is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Twins, Gabrielle Starr of the Boston Herald reports.

Advice: Wong went 1-for-4 with two strikeouts Saturday and will hit the bench for Sunday's series finale in Minnesota. Reese McGuire will step in behind the plate to catch for righty Cooper Criswell. Rotowire.com Sunday, 10:23 am

    • Logan O’Hoppe out Sunday with hand contusion
Logan O’Hoppe (hand) is not in the starting lineup for Sunday’s game against the Guardians.

Advice: O’Hoppe is going to miss at least one more game after he was hit with a foul ball during Saturday’s contest against Cleveland and he was forced to exit. Matt Thaiss gets the start behind the plate and will hit seventh. O’Hoppe should be considered day-to-day. Rotoworld Sunday, 7:58 am
    • Not starting Sunday
O'Hoppe (hand) is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Guardians.

Advice: As expected, O'Hoppe will be on the bench for the day game to close out the series in Cleveland after he exited Saturday's 7-1 loss with a right hand contusion. Matt Thaiss will step in behind the plate for O'Hoppe, who should be viewed as day-to-day heading into Monday's series opener in Pittsburgh. According to Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register, O'Hoppe has already resumed throwing and was scheduled to take batting practice Sunday, so he could be available off the bench in an emergency. • Logan O’Hoppe diagnosed with right hand contusion
The Angels announced that Logan O’Hoppe was diagnosed with a right hand contusion after exiting Saturday’s game against the Guardians.

Advice: It sounds like the 24-year-old backstop was fortunate to avoid any fractures after he had his had hit by a foul ball during Saturday’s game against the Guardians. He may need a day or two off to deal with pain and swelling, but shouldn’t be looking at any sort of extended absence. Rotoworld Saturday, 4:41 pm
    • Exits game with hand contusion
O'Hoppe was removed from Saturday's game against the Guardians with a right hand contusion, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.

Advice: O'Hoppe took a foul tip off his throwing hand in the bottom of the fourth inning. He initially remained in the game -- striking out in the top of the fifth -- before exiting prior to the bottom of the fifth. X-rays came back negative, so O'Hoppe can safely be called day-to-day. With an afternoon game coming Sunday, he would seem to be a safe bet to miss at least that contest. Rotowire.com Saturday, 4:36 pm
    • Logan O’Hoppe exits game with hand injury Saturday
Logan O’Hoppe was removed from Saturday’s contest against the Guardians with a right hand injury.

Advice: O’Hoppe was clipped on the hand by a foul ball while behind the plate in the fourth inning on Saturday and appeared to be in quite a bit of pain. He’ll presumably head for X-rays to see if there’s any structural damage. Stay tuned. Rotoworld Saturday, 4:32 pm
    • Hitting off tee
Murphy (oblique) began hitting off a tee during Atlanta's series against Seattle earlier this week, Justin Toscano of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Advice: It's the first time Murphy has swung the bat since landing on the 10-day IL on March 30 with a Grade 1 left oblique strain. Prior to the series in Seattle, Murphy was limited to light throwing and catching work in the bullpen. The 29-year-old still has a ways to go before starting a rehab assignment.
