      Advice: Skenes' last start with Indianapolis was his first this season on regular rest, and he wasn't as dominant as he had been, yielding two runs on three hits and a 4:2 K:BB over 4.1 innings. He threw 66 pitches in the outing. The top prospect's major-league debut should be coming sooner rather than later, but the Pirates have opted to give him at least one more start in the minors.       Advice: The 22-year-old is hitting .224/.295/.293 in 129 plate appearances with one home run, 13 runs, 11 RBI, and one steal. He’s striking out only 22 percent of the time with a seven percent swinging strike rate so there isn’t any major glaring concern; however, the results simply haven’t been there. The team has said Langford could miss a month and there’s no guarantee that the Rangers will activate him immediately when he is healthy enough to play.
