    • Not starting Sunday
Winn is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Red Sox, Jeff Jones of the Belleville News-Democrat reports.

Advice: Veteran Brandon Crawford will take over at shortstop against righty Nick Pivetta, affording Winn a breather. The 22-year-old Winn has put together an eight-game hitting streak, raising his slash line to .281/.340/.383 with one homer and seven steals through 41 games this season. Rotowire.com Today, 7:46 am

    • Masyn Winn gets Sunday off vs. Red Sox
Masyn WInn is not in the starting lineup against the Red Sox on Sunday.

Advice: Winn will get a day off despite currently holding a nine-game hitting streak. The 22-year-old will get a break with Brandon Crawford getting the start at shortstop and hitting seventh. Nolan Gorman will also get the afternoon off against Nick Pivetta with Brendan Donovan handling second base. Rotoworld Today, 7:21 am

    • Improves to 4-0
Neris (4-0) pitched a scoreless inning of relief with two strikeouts to earn the win Saturday against the Pirates.

Advice: Starter Shota Imanaga tossed seven scoreless innings, followed by scoreless innings from Mark Leiter and Neris in the 1-0 victory. Neris managed to leave with his fourth win, which already puts him just two behind his career high of six wins that he recorded each of the last two seasons. The veteran righty also has six saves in seven chances to go along with a strong 2.65 ERA, making him a valuable fantasy asset so far and the top reliever to target in Chicago's bullpen. • Productive in extra-innings loss
Adell went 1-for-3 with a solo home run, two walks and a stolen base in Saturday's 3-2 extra-innings loss to the Rangers.

Advice: Adell has gone 9-for-36 (.250) with four homers, nine RBI and one steal over his last 10 contests. The outfielder is up to eight homers, 21 RBI, 20 runs scored, eight steals, four doubles, a triple and a .250/.320/.528 slash line through 122 plate appearances. Adell had some brief moments of success in previous years, but he's finally doing enough to stick in a full-time role in right field in 2024. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:59 pm

    • Tallies three hits in loss
Abrams went 3-for-5 with a run and an RBI in Saturday's extra-inning loss to Philadelphia.

Advice: Abrams had been in a minor rut coming into Saturday, going 1-for-13 over his previous four games. He broke the skid with his first three-hit performance since April 23 while collecting his first RBI since May 8. Abrams' production has fallen off in May -- he's batting .230 with a 1:14 BB:K this month -- but he's still carrying a solid .271/.330/.494 slash line with seven homers, 21 RBI, 28 runs and eight stolen bases on the season. • Jo Adell homers in extra-innings loss to Rangers
Jo Adell homered and walked twice in an extra-innings loss to the Rangers on Saturday.

Advice: Adell took Jose Leclerc deep to give the Angels a 2-1 lead and Adell his eighth homer of the season. The 25-year-old has really impressed thus far in 2024, as the three-reach game now has his OPS up to .847 to go along with eight steals and 21 RBI over 108 at-bats. It’s too early for victory laps, but those who have believed in Adell since he was a prospect have to feel a little more sane watching this run. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:03 pm

    • Nails down save No. 8
Munoz allowed a run but hung on to notch his eighth save of the season in Saturday's 4-3 win over the Orioles.

Advice: Gunnar Henderson made things interesting with a two-out, solo home run, but Munoz quickly bounced back and sat down Adley Rutschman swinging to end it. Henderson's long ball represents the only run Munoz has allowed over his last 10 appearances, and he boasts a 15:1 K:BB over 12 innings during that span. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:23 pm
    • Andrés Muñoz closes out Orioles on Saturday
Andrés Muñoz served up a solo home run against the Orioles in the ninth inning on Saturday, but managed to escape the frame with a one-run lead to earn his eighth save of the season.

Advice: Muñoz came on after the Mariners scored a pair of runs in the eighth inning to take the lead, and despite the solo homer he made it stand up. He struck out Cedric Mullins and got Kyle Stowers to line out to first base to start the inning. The 25-year-old right-hander then fell behind Gunnar Henderson and served up a two-out, solo blast that pulled the Orioles to within a run. That would be as close as they would get though as he punched out Adley Rutschman to end it. Munoz now holds a 1.86 ERA to go along with eight saves and a pair of victories on the season. • Abrams has three-hit game Saturday
CJ Abrams went 3-for-5 with a run scored and an RBI against the Phillies on Saturday.

Advice: Abrams scored the first run of the game on Joey Meneses’ RBI single in the first inning and gave the Nationals a 2-1 lead with an RBI single of his own in the fifth inning. He has struggled since his hot start to the season, but has his average up to .271 after the three hits on Saturday. Abrams is certainly hitting better than he did last season when he hit .245 with less power. Rotoworld Yesterday, 6:40 pm
