    • Ryan Helsley nabs league-leading 24th save
Ryan Helsley closed out the Cubs on Sunday. He struck out one, walked two, and stranded both runners on base.

Advice: Helsely got into some trouble in the ninth inning and was bailed out by Brendan Donovan who made a catch crashing into the ivy at Wrigley Field to end the game. Helsley is fully back to being one of the best closers in baseball after an injury-marred 2023 season. Rotoworld 36 minutes ago

    • Remains out of lineup
Doyle (knee) is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Pirates.

Advice: Doyle will take a seat for the second day in a row while he manages left patella tendinitis. Jake Cave will step in as the Rockies' starting center field in place of Doyle, who can be viewed as day-to-day heading into the team's four-game home set with the Dodgers that begins Monday. • Sitting in opening game of day
Langeliers is out of the lineup for the first game of Sunday's doubleheader with the Twins.

Advice: Langeliers will get a breather for the early game of the twin bill as Kyle McCann draws the starting nod behind the dish. Expect Langeliers to check back into the lineup as the Athletics' starting catcher for the nightcap. Rotowire.com Today, 11:38 am

    • Ready for rehab stint
Jung (wrist) will begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A Round Rock on Sunday, Evan Grant of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Advice: Jung, who suffered a fractured right wrist early in the season, resumed swinging the bat in late May and progressed to live batting practice earlier this week. He's now ready for games, which puts a return to the Rangers before the end of the month very much on the table. Expect Jung to slot back in at third base immediately upon activation after his All-Star campaign in 2023. Rotowire.com Today, 10:37 am

    • Brenton Doyle (knee) out again Sunday vs. PIT
Brenton Doyle (knee) is not in the starting lineup Sunday against the Pirates.

Advice: Doyle was scratched from the lineup Sunday against Pittsburgh while dealing with left patella tendinitis. The speedy outfielder will get at least one more day off, and Jake Cave will handle center field. Rotoworld Today, 9:32 am

    • Jung (wrist) in lineup for Triple-A Round Rock
Josh Jung (wrist) is in the lineup for a rehab appearance for Triple-A Round Rock on Sunday.

Advice: Jung will be in the lineup for the first time for Round Rock as he works his way back from the fractured wrist that has sidelined him since early April. The infielder will likely need at least a few games in the PCL before he’s ready to return, but this is obviously most welcome news for both Texas and fantasy managers who have patiently waited for him to return. • Remains hot in loss
Candelario went 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI in Saturday's 3-1 loss to the Brewers.

Advice: Candelario had two of Cincinnati's five hits, including a ninth-inning double that plated the club's lone run. The once-struggling infielder is having himself a June, going 20-for-56 (.357) with six home runs, four doubles and 14 RBI through 13 games. Rotowire.com Today, 6:00 am

    • Early exit Saturday
Eovaldi (3-3) allowed four runs on four hits and four walks while striking out six over three innings to take the loss Saturday versus the Mariners.

Advice: Eovaldi needed 75 pitches (46 strikes) to get through three innings, and the Rangers weren't able to get him off the hook for the loss. It's possible the Rangers are still taking it easy on him after a groin injury sidelined him for much of May. Eovaldi has allowed nine runs over 18.2 innings across four starts since he returned from the injured list. He's at a 3.15 ERA, 1.17 WHIP and 64:24 K:BB through 60 innings over 11 starts this season. He's projected for a tough home matchup versus the Royals in his next start. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:29 pm
    • Rebounds with win, quality start
Morton (4-3) earned the win over Tampa Bay on Saturday, allowing one run on three hits and two walks while striking out eight batters over six innings.

Advice: Morton had his swing-and-miss stuff working, racking up 22 whiffs among his 105 pitches. The veteran hurler fell behind by a run in the first inning but yielded only two hits while holding the Rays scoreless thereafter. This was a nice bounce-back for Morton after he surrendered five runs (four earned) over five innings against Washington in his previous start. Saturday's victory was his first since May 10, and it was just his second quality start across six outings during that span. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:19 pm
