    • Luis Rengifo scratched on Monday
Luis Rengifo was scratched from the Angels lineup on Monday.

Advice: Rengifo was originally penciled in at second base and hitting sixth in the order. However, he has been replaced by Brandon Drury. According to Jeff Fletcher of the SoCal News Group, Rengifo is no longer sick, so we’ll have to wait and hear the reason for him being replaced. Rotoworld 22 minutes ago

    • Returns to lineup
Rengifo (illness) will start at second base and bat sixth in Monday's contest in Pittsburgh, Erica Weston of Bally Sports West reports.

Advice: Rengifo missed a couple games while battling an illness but feels well enough to give it a go Monday against right-hander Mitch Keller and the Pirates. He's sporting a robust .413/.481/.609 batting line with two home runs and four stolen bases over his last 14 games. Rotowire.com 43 minutes ago

    • Leaves yard in Sunday's win
Hernandez went 1-for-4 with a two-run homer in Sunday's 5-1 win over Atlanta.

Advice: Hernandez homered for the second time in three games and has tallied at least a hit in 10-of-12 games since April 23. The 31-year-old is slashing .252/.320/.468 with eight homers, 25 RBI, 23 runs and a 13:49 BB:K in 153 plate appearances. Hernandez is showing increased signs of power from a year ago but strikeouts still remain an issue. His 49 strikeouts are currently the fourth-most in baseball, as he's striking out 32 percent of the time. Rotowire.com Today, 7:19 am
    • Swipes bag Sunday
Melendez went 2-for-4 with a double and a stolen base in Sunday's 3-2 extra-inning loss to the Rangers.

Advice: This was Melendez's first multi-hit effort since April 19 -- he went 2-for-36 over the previous 12 contests. The 25-year-old started the year hot, batting .325 over his first 12 games, but he's since returned to his career norms. He's slashing a poor .186/.252/.363 with four home runs, two steals, 12 RBI, nine runs scored and six doubles over 111 plate appearances. Despite the poor batting, Melendez is still seeing a majority of the playing time in left field, keeping Nelson Velazquez at designated hitter and Dairon Blanco on the bench. • Two hits, including homer, in win
Devers went 2-for-5 with a two-run home run and two runs scored in Sunday's 9-2 win over the Twins.

Advice: After opening the game 0-for-3, Devers singled and later came around to score in the top of the eighth inning before launching a two-run home run off Jay Jackson in the following frame. The long ball was his fourth of the season and his first in 10 games. Since returning from a bone bruise in his left knee April 24, Devers has batted .415 with two homers, seven RBI and eight runs scored over 41 at-bats in 11 contests. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 5:41 pm
    • Luis Rengifo (illness) remains out Sunday
Luis Rengifo (illness) is not in the lineup Sunday against the Guardians.

Advice: Rengifo was not able to play Saturday due to illness, and the 27-year-old will get at least one more day off. Cole Tucker will get a start at third base and hit eighth while Rengifo gets better. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:45 am

    • Remains out with illness
Rengifo (illness) is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Guardians.

Advice: He'll be withheld from the starting nine for the second day in a row while recovering from an illness. Rengifo has been playing on a near-everyday basis of late while toggling between second base and third base, but he'll give way to Brandon Drury at the keystone and Cole Tucker at the hot corner for Sunday's series finale. • Bryan De La Cruz goes yard in blowout loss
Bryan De La Cruz went 2-for-4 with a two-run homer against the Athletics on Saturday.

Advice: De La Cruz knocked a base hit in the fourth inning, then took Dany Jiménez deep for a two-run homer in the eighth. It wouldn’t be nearly enough in Miami’s blowout loss. The 27-year-old outfielder has been one of the team’s only bright spots, hitting .262/.305/.447 with six homers and 18 RBI across 151 plate appearances. Rotoworld Saturday, 7:22 pm
