    Brandon Lowe (toe) isn’t starting for Friday’s game against the Nationals.

    Advice: Lowe hasn’t played since June 22nd after breaking his pinkie toe. He also battled an illness earlier this week. Tampa Bay is also facing a left-hander starter in Mitchell Parker.
