• Lugo gets 10th win after six strong vs. Dodgers
Seth Lugo gave up two runs in six innings to get a win against the Dodgers on Saturday.

Advice: The victory is already the 10th of the season for Lugo. The right-hander allowed a two-run single to Gavin Lux in the fourth, but outside of that he handled the Dodgers lineup without many issues. He scattered six hits allowed while walking just one and striking out four. Lugo has been excellent in 2024, and it’d be a surprise if he wasn’t an All-Star at this point. He’ll face the Rangers next weekend in Texas. Rotoworld 29 minutes ago

  • Juan Soto blasts 18th homer in loss on Saturday
Juan Soto blasted his 18th home run of the season on Saturday, but it wasn’t enough to power the Yankees past the Red Sox in Boston.

He also drew a pair of walks in the contest, finishing the evening 1-for-3 officially. The 25-year-old superstar has been a monster in his first season with the Yankees — slashing .319/.435/.599 with the aforementioned 18 long balls and 55 RBI. Rotoworld Today, 7:32 pm

  • Resumes playing field
Drury (hamstring) played second base in a rehab game with Triple-A Salt Lake on Friday, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.

Advice: This was Drury's fourth rehab game, but he had served as the designated hitter in each of the previous three contests. The veteran infielder is working his way back from a left hamstring injury that has kept him from competing for the Angels since May 8. Drury has gone 5-for-13 with three walks and an RBI in his rehab stint thus far and appears very close to rejoining the big-league club. Rotowire.com Today, 3:28 pm

  • Bo Bichette out Saturday with right calf soreness
Bo Bichette is absent from the lineup for Saturday’s game against the Guardians due to right calf soreness.

Advice: Blue Jays manager John Schneider told reporters they’ll see how Bichette is feeling this weekend before deciding on a course of action. It doesn’t sound like a serious concern, but it’s a developing situation fantasy managers should keep a close eye on. He’s been playing through the lingering issue of late and is presumably day-to-day for now. Rotoworld Today, 9:17 am
