    Estevez struck out two in a perfect ninth inning to earn the save in a 4-3 win over the Giants on Saturday.

    Advice: Called upon in the ninth inning for the second night in a row, Estevez needed just 12 pitches to secure his 12th save of the season. Estevez has not allowed a baserunner in five June appearances and has now converted six consecutive save opportunities dating back to May 20.     Carlos Estévez tossed a clean ninth inning with one strikeout to earn the save against the Giants on Saturday.

    Advice: Estévez was summoned in the ninth inning to close out the game with a one-run led over the Giants. He shut them down, retiring the side on 12 pitches and ending the game with a called third strike on Heliot Ramos.     Advice: It didn’t look like Estévez was going to be necessary Friday night, but an 8-1 cushion turned into an 8-6 game, so the 31-year-old was called upon to convert his 11th save. The 31-year-old didn’t allow a hit, struck out one hitter and threw 12-of-17 pitches in the strike zone. Estévez should continue to see save chances as long as he’s a member of the Angels, but keep in mind a trade — very possible with Los Angels going nowhere — would likely make him a set-up hurler; severely limiting his fantasy upside.     Fairbanks earned a save against the Cubs on Thursday, allowing one walk in a scoreless ninth inning.

    Advice: Entering with a 3-2 lead in the ninth inning, Fairbanks walked Michael Busch with one out but induced a game-ending double play to secure the save. Since returning from an arm injury in mid-May, Fairbanks is 6-for-6 in save chances and has not allowed an earned run in 14 innings of work.     Advice: Riley Greene took Finnegan deep with one out to make things interesting, but the right-hander slammed the door shut from there. Finnegan has served up three homers in his last 10 appearances, a worrying trend, but those account for the only three earned runs he's allowed during that stretch.     Kyle Finnegan served up a solo homer to Riley Greene in the ninth inning on Wednesday night, but still managed to secure his 19th save of the season.

    Advice: The 32-year-old closer came on with a three-run lead to protect in the ninth inning. He gave one run back on a one-out solo blast to Greene, but battled back to strike out Wenceel Perez and then got Mark Canha on a ground ball to second base to end it.
